Description of Work: Came on time and went to work quickly. Usual culprit in A/C not working is starter capacitor and he checked that first and indeed it needed to be replaced. Also checked coolant level and was done. Only hesitation to give best review possible is the suspected replacement cost of capacitor (as briefly checked on line) may be much less than what I was charged. But still, technician knew what was wrong and I didn't.

Description of Work: Performed furnace check-up and cleaned sensor on furnace among other tasks. Very knowledgeable and professional technician. Showed me how to remove filter, what a clean sensor should like, etc. Technician was timely and I believe he went the extra step to see that I was informed and satisfied with service call.

+ -1 moreONLY ONE OF TWO ASSIGNED WORKMEN SHOWED UP ON THE SCHEDULED DAY, AND HE COULD NOT COMPLETE THE WORK CALLED FOR IN THE CONTRACT. DESPITE REPEATED CALLS TO KATH OFFICES OVER SEVERAL WEEKS NO ONE RETURNED TO COMPLETE THE WORK. WHEN CONTRACTING WITH THE KATH SALESMAN FOR THE WORK I CHARGED THE DOWN PAYMENT TO MY CREDIT CARD. THE SECOND PAYMENT FOR THE BALANCE WAS TO BE PAID UPON COMPLETION OF THE WORK. BUT WHEN I RECEIVED MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT I DISCOVERED THAT THE ENTIRE TOTAL HAD BEEN CHARGED TO MY CARD MORE THAN TWO WEEKS BEFORE KATH BEGAN THE WORK. ONLY AFTER I CHALLENGED THE CHARGE THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY DID KATH RESPOND TO MY CALLS, AND FINALLY COMPLETE THE WORK--MORE THAN 9 MONTHS AFTER THE FIRST VISIT TO START THE WORK. IN RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT I WAS TOLD THAT THE SALESMAN WHO MADE THE IMPROPER CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD WAS GONE
