+ -1 moreI CALLED KARLA TO SCHEDULE THE NEXT MONTHS CLEANING, SHE ASKED ME TO CALL WHEN I WAS READY TO HAVE HOME CLEANED. I CALLED AND KARLA SAID SHE COULD DO IT NEXT WEEK AND WOULD CALL ME. I RECEIVED NO CALL SO I CALLED AND ASKED WHAT HER SCHEDULE WAS LIKE FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK. SHE THEN INFORMED ME THAT SHE WAS TOO BUSY TO CLEAN ANY MORE.
