Excellent, despite a mixup on my part. The piano was a baby grand instead of an upright, but they did a very professional disassembly and removal. They were on time, communicated well and were very respectful of our our property. We recommend them highly and will definitely use them again when the need arises. Five stars all the way!

FANTASTIC! Estimate on Monday, pick up done on Wednesday. Prompt, friendly, polite, moved everything I asked from the basement and done in a flash. Price very reasonable, and within estimate given. They are wonderful! Not only did they divide the items to donate, recycle and trash, but they swept my garage! They were prompt, efficient and courteous. I would definitely hire again.

Very responsive and pleasant to do business with. Was a bit pricier than I had hoped (hence the four stars instead of five), so would do a bit of price comparison shopping first. But other wise wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
