+ -1 moreBeyond horrible. Non-stop errors. Inaccurate paid dues information, reports with errors, always had an excuse why, etc. Spent more time reviewing for errors and trying to get them to correct the errors that we might as well kept doing them ourselves. Made us very nervous they had any access to our money.
Description of Work: Manage Assn. financials, i.e. dues collection, billing paying and financial reports.
