Joshua's Hardwood Flooring

Extremely well. Josh refinished the floors in our early-20th-century home shortly after we purchased it in the summer of 2021. We are extremely pleased with Josh's work and hope to eventually have him back to finish off the remaining rooms. I am posting this review more than a year after he refinished the floors and the wood still looks great. Thank you Josh!

Josh and his colleague did an amazing job on our floors. I couldn’t believe how well the finished product looked, especially under our radiators. They also provided great feedback for how to care for our floors. Very reasonable. I have no doubt I will use them again when I refinish my upstairs floors

WOW! They did a great job. The team showed up when they were supposed to show up and they completed on time and on budget (NO SURPRISES). They were really good about communicating throughout the process so we knew what was happening. Probably one of the top two contractors that we have ever worked with. They told us what they do and they did it for the price they quoted. One other thing, they didn't need a deposit weeks and weeks before the job. I appreciated that. They got a deposit when the job was about to start and final payment when the job was done. VERY PROFESSIONAL. VERY GOOD. If you get a chance, hire these guys. They are GREAT. Much more afforable than other quotes and much better.

Joshua and his team are amazing! He came to is through a referral who also said he does THE BEST work. We have had Joshua repair and refinish an office building, and apartment and our personal residence. Can't wait to use them again!

Saw Josh's pictures of floors he had done on facebook. I had him over for an estimate and thought he was very reasonably priced for a sanding and 2 coats. We booked a few months out and he always kept me informed on how the schedule was looking. My floors look beautiful, he got out several dents that occured over the years. My floors are 18 years old and have only been recoated once, by someone else. They were faded from the sun and now look brand new again. Josh and his assistant are easy to work with, so down to earth and honest. I highly recommend him.

We had the floors done in 3 stages. After the amazing job on the first room and hallway, we were convinced Josh was our go-to guy. Now that all the floors are done I fully stand by that assertion. All the floors look amazing and the work was done quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price.

Excellent. Josh communicated the process very well, stayed on schedule, did beautiful work & was very responsive to all our questions. We were in a time crunch to complete our floor project before our daughter's graduation party & Josh was able to fit us in his very busy schedule. Our floors are gorgeous! Extremely happy.

Josh and his team did an amazing job. He was responsive to my (many) questions both before and after the work was done and went above and beyond what was expected. The carpet was torn out and conveniently left in small, manageable pieces for disposal. Trim was taken off carefully and put aside in an organized way. The floor under the carpet was in the worst shape (we had no idea), it had black stains from previous owners of our house who kept their dogs in that room. They were able to remove 95% of the stains, and once the final coat of finish was applied the remaining was hardly noticeable.

Josh and his partner Sean were punctual and professional. They worked diligently and cleaned up well after they were finished. Josh was easy to work with and did excellent work throughout. He did not cut corners at all. My floors look excellent. His labor costs were very reasonable and he is worth every penny.

It turned out great. The new floor matches the old like there was never a remodel. I really appreciated the timely manner in which the work was done and how he was able to work with the other trades to keep things moving.

Project was completed within estimated timeframe and cost. Very professional and friendly attitude. Have hired again to complete a kitchen and dinette upgrade.

Josh is responsible, responsive and does a very good job installing and sanding/staining existing floors. He did a great job matching a stain and also came back in a timely manner to redo a couple spots that were missed on a very large project. I do multiple projects every year and he is always my "go to guy!"
