+ -1 moreTHIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I USED A COMPANY I FOUND THROUGH ANGIE''S LIST AND I''M VERY PLEASED. KEN, THE OWNER, SENT SOMEONE OUT THE VERY SAME DAY I CALLED ABOUT MY OLD & AILING GARAGE DOOR OPENER. TRIED JUST TO ADJUST THE OLD ONE, TO SPARE ME THE EXPENSE OF A NEW INSTALL... BUT WHEN PROBLEMS CONTINUED, THEY CAME BACK PROMPTLY, WAIVED THE COST OF THE FIRST SERVICE CALL, AND INSTALLED A BRAND-NEW LANIER OPENER. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM & SKILL OF MY INSTALLER, GERALDO (AND HE WORKED INCREDIBLY HARD IN FREEZING WEATHER). CLEANED UP THOROUGHLY. LATER CAME BACK PROMPTLY WHEN I THOUGHT SOMETHING WAS AMISS; TURNED OUT TO BE MY OWN FAULT, BUT GERALDO WAS GOOD-NATURED ABOUT IT (& DID NOT CHARGE ME EVEN WHEN I TRIED TO INSIST). THE SERVICE YOU GET FROM OLD-FASHIONED FAMILY-RUN BUSINESSES LIKE THIS SURE SEEMS TO STAND OUT THESE DAYS.
Description of Work: INSTALL GARAGE DOOR OPENER, REPLACING EXISTING ONE (AILING) AND HAULING AWAY ALL DEBRIS.
