+ -1 moreCONTRACTOR ARRIVED TO PERFORM JOB AND WANTED CASH UP FRONT. ROOM TO BE DRYWALLED HAD A PIECE OF FURNITURE THAT HAD NO PLACE ELSE THAT IT COULD BE MOVED TO. AFTER DISCUSSIONS WITH THE CONTRACTOR RE: THE FURNITURE, HE WALKED OFF THE JOB WITHOUT INFORMING ME THAT HE WAS LEAVING. HE WAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR THAT I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. HE REQUIRED THAT I PURCHASE THE DRYWALL AND HAVE IT DELIVERED TO THE SITE. SO AFTER IT WAS ALL DONE, I HAD MATERIALS, AND NO CONTRACTOR. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE. HE STATED THAT HE WAS ONLY INTERESTED IN DOING LARGE JOBS, WHICH IS PROBABLY WHY HE HAD NO INTEREST IN DOING ONE ROOM FOR ME.
Description of Work: TO DRYWALL A 16' X 17' ROOM THAT WAS NEW CONSTRUCTION.

+ -1 moreJOHN DID A GOOD JOB. I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN, HE IS A HARD WORKER AND DESIRES TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT! WE HAVE RECEIVED MANY COMPLIMENTS ON HIS WORK.
Description of Work: MUD & TAPE NEWLY REMODELED BASEMENT. BEDROOM, FAMILY ROOM, OFFICE. KNOCK-DOWN ON THE CEILINGS.

+ -1 moreJOHN WAS VERY PROMPT AND COMPLETED OUR JOB FROM START TO FINISH IN 5 DAYS. THE WORK WAS A BIT SLOPPY -- AFTER WE PAINTED, FLAWS IN THE SURFACE OF THE DRYWALL BECAME APPARENT, SO WE HAD TO REMUD AND SAND SOME AREAS.
Description of Work: REMOVED KITCHEN CEILING AND INSULATION. HUNG NEW SHEETROCK ON CEILING AND WALLS. TAPE, MUD, SAND DRYWALL. TEXTURIZE CEILING. WE PRIMED AND PAINTED THE WALLS OURSELVES AFTER HE COMPLETED HIS WORK.
