+ -1 moreJohn & his partner Cliff began our project in mid-December 2005. We felt very well prepared for the project, details discussed & numbers reviewed. John works with a good group of subs(who will be reviewed separately). They were on time & on schedule,and very conscientious,(which is why this is the 5th project they've done for us). They enclosed the addition, & did as much work as possible before opening up into the existing home. Even then they kept things insulated and barricaded to control dust and heat loss. We enjoyed the pace, steady & not frantic. Decisions could be made wisely, and the result is seamless!! It does NOT look like an addition. The quality of workmanship is second to none.
Description of Work: A single story addition with a full basement was added to our two story 1923 four-square style home. The addition includes a den/future main level bedroom,full bathroom,& an area for a stacking washer/dryer. Updates to our home include refinishing old main level floors, ceiling repair, & some new wiring , plumbing & lighting updates.
