+ -1 moreJoan was very knowledgeable and professional, but also very friendly. At first we weren't exactly sure what we wanted, or where specifically we wanted to buy since we're not from this area. Joan took the time to help us make the decision on what type of house would work best for our family and in what area we should look. She didn't waste our time showing us things we didn't want, or that were out of our price range. She was very knowledgeable about the area (South Metro) and was always available to answer our questions; she even arranged for an extra showing for our family to see the house after our offer was accepted, but before the closing.
Description of Work: Joan Brandes helped us find and purchase a home in Apple Valley, MN.
