Jet-Black Sealcoating & Repair

The coating lasted 6 months before completely wearing off in areas. Their fine print says the coating should last 2-4 years, but your driveway looks older and has sealer build up going on. Sealer doesn't have a perfect way to just wear off so within time, some areas will get sealer build up(mainly non traffic areas, sides of driveways, etc). However this wear occurred in a high tragic area. Also I would have expected to be advised if there had been sealer build up

Their quote was less than competition, they completed the work sooner than expected and the quality exceeded our expectations. They even worked around OUR vacation so the work was completed while we were out of town. This allowed our driveway to dry and we did not need to worry about alternative parking. We will be repeat customers!!!

They did a great job filling the cracks and covering the black top and staying within the edges. They were able to come out that week still and were on time and talked us through what they'd do and that we shouldn't drive on it for 48 hours after they resealed it. It is holding up well so far a couple months afterwards at this point. We moved into the house last November. It worked out that they did the driveway the last time the previous owners had it done. They had the dimensions of the driveway in their system and were able to quickly make a very accurate estimate.

I have used Jet Black many times over the years for seal coating. And the price is very reasonable. Jet Black and Scott always do a great job! I highly recommend them!

they couldn't guarantee it would last for a year. Too shady on my driveway and the black coating comes off every spring.

Went great. Came one day and cleaned, edged, and filled the cracks. Return next morning and seal coated the drive. Brushed (not just sprayed) the entire drive way. Cleaned up, took all their trash and was gone. Crew was very had working and through. It has been a couple of months now, and I still have found not issues or missed cracks or areas. The driveway looked great when the left.

Went great. They came day prior to the seal coating and cleaned, edged and filled cracks in driveway. The following day the came and topped off a couple of the wide cracks (couple inches wide) and then seal coated driveway. They work very hard and did a good job. Didn't find any issues after they left. They cleaned up after themselves and took all the trash with them. Other then yellow tape and a great looking driveway, you would ever know they were here.

Jet-Black is probably a little bit better because they're known in the area. Jet-Black seemed more professional.

They have been very good. I don't remember the specifics, but we have used them a couple of times. They have done a good job. We called and they scheduled it quickly and when we needed it.

Beautiful job! Driveway looks great. I have a really long driveway and was impressed that they gave me the same price as I had paid in 2010 (different franchise). I have had a lot of problems with service providers lately so was especially happy to have a worry-free, positive experience.

2 years ago I had college kids do it for $100 and it looked and quot;worn offand quot; within months. I called a couple of companies that were right around the $100 mark and was dissuaded by my co-workers to spend the extra money and go with a reputable company. I am so glad I did!! It looks awesome and seems and quot;thickerand quot; than what I had before, like this will stand up to the elements for more than a couple of months. This is an example of and quot;you get what you pay forand quot;, I will go with them again. Very nice to deal with on the phone, a lot more professional than the half-price operations - I wasn't home when they did their work - they came out and left an estimate in writing and gave me a 10% discount. Can't say enough nice things about them, yes it seems strange that I was pleased with paying double the amount others are asking, but if this lasts more than a year then I'm saving money in the long run!!

They were great to work with. Called for an estimate and they were out very next morning.. Set up time and date to seal. They arrived on time and did everything they promised. Very friendly and professional. Driveway looks better than ever.

Jet Black was very professional. I requested an estimate on-line and by the next afternoon, the estimate was on my door. It took about a week and a half to arrange for the work and they were done in just over an hour. The driveway looks great and the cracks are all sealed tight. Great job guys!

Jet Black quickly returned my request for a quote. They were able to get me in right away. The workers showed up quickly, and finished quickly. They did a good job of cleaning the driveway first, then seal-coating. When I called the next day with a question about rain, they responded quickly.

They were prompt in responding to my request for a quote and the work was also performed within a very reasonable timeframe. The quality of the work was acceptable, although I asked to have a large gap at the garage slab filled more. They said they could not do more at that time but would be happy to return to do it. The next day we had heavy rains and the sealcoat material washed off the driveway. I contacted the company to redo it which they did. When they resealcoated the driveway I reminded them about the extra filling of the gap and got a little bit of argument that they were not told that was part of the job. They did it, however, and I am satisfied with the job they did.

THEY DID THE DRIVEWAY WITH NO PROBLEMS AND IT LOOKS GOOD.

VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION, SCHEDULED DATE ABOUT A WEEK IN ADVANCE, THEN A DAY BEFORE SERVICE WE RECEIVED A REMINDER/CONFIRMATION CALL. CREW ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. A SURPRISE RAIN SHOWER RAINED ON THE DRIVEWAY ABOUT 1/2 HOUR AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETE. THE CREW CAME BACK, WITHOUT US CONTACTING THEM, TO LOOK AT THE DRIVEWAY AFTER THE RAIN. THEY OFFERED TO COME BACK TO RESEAL THE DRIVEWAY DUE TO THE RAIN. A NEW DATE WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE RESEALING AND THE JOB WAS DONE AGAIN AT NO CHARGE. I WAS IMPRESSED THAT THEY RETURNED EVEN THOUGH THE RAIN HAD MINIMAL IMPACT ON THE DRIVEWAY.
