+ -1 moreEverything went well, from the purchase of the blinds to receipt of the blinds to installation of the blinds and . . . they all work well. The Penneys sales person and the installation guy were both knowledgeable and competent.
Description of Work: I purchased 17 custom blinds (made by Bali) and had them installed in my house. I bought the blinds on sale at Penneys - Southdale.

+ -1 moreThey were going to come out to install them but their installation department went out of business so we had to have someone else install them. The price was good and the quality of what they sold was good. But the service end of the business was pretty shaky.

+ -1 moreTHE SALESPERSON WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS THEY WERE SELLING & LISTENED TO WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR & THE PRICE RANGE I WANTED. THE BLINDS WERE ORDERED & ARRIVED EARLIER THAN THE PLANNED DATE. SHE ALSO WAS WILLING TO DISCUSS THE DIFFERENT SALES OR PROMOTIONS THAT WERE BEING OFFERED DURING THAT MONTH SO THAT I WOULD KNOW THE BEST TIME TO ORDER.
Description of Work: THEY HELPED TO SELECT THE APPROPRIATE WINDOW TREATMENTS FOR OUR LIVING ROOM.
