Description of Work: Used him for a few faucet issues, outside faucet and water heater. Great customer service, didn't oversell and lots of info. Also, exactly the kind of small business I want to support.

Description of Work: They were prompt and very courteous. Fixed initial problem right away. Helped with a secondary problem they had not known about before coming out and took care of that problem also. I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Jake was very honest and upfront about the cost, did not try to/rip me off like most people. St. Paul Plumbing and Heating did (curse you Andy Ryan!) and actually fixed my toilet so I can use it for a while at least and not have to put in a new one. Two thumbs up!

Description of Work: I'm not sure if I would use Jake the Plumber again the cost was more than I expected it to be. We had to shut our water off because of water leak & out of the few plumbers I called they were the quickest to come out. It is hard to get an estimate from a plumber with out paying them upwards of $60 non refundable just to come out. Jake also only refunded 1/2 of the money where others gave you the total amount towards your bill. I think they did quality work, were professional and got the job done timley, but they should for what they charge. Over all I was happy with the service just hurts on the pocket book.

Description of Work: Our kitchen sink began to leak from our upstairs into a downstairs retail space. This was the only company out of 5 that I called on Angies list who would come out (it was already after 3 on a Friday). The owners wife said there was no way we could be without a kitchen sink for a weekend. He came out around 6:00, fixed the problem without disrupting the retail space and was affordable. Yeah, I know, I'm still in disbelief! What a great experience. I'd trust them with any plumbing issue. Got them on speed dial now!
