Description of Work: The clean up after water damage was adequate but we made the mistake of hiring them to do the reconstruction. The subcontractor they used did a subpar job, took three months instead of the 6 wks promised, put in the wrong wood floor, and when they were finally finished, left areas unpainted, tile Uncaulked, etc

ICC has been our ‘preferred vendor’ for over 20 years, providing insurance loss work, including water damage, storm damage, fire losses, etc. We’re in the property management business, managing nearly 4,000 apartment units. Our experience with their services is fabulous! Their staff is top notch, always communicating back/forth as to updates and status of the job. The end product is always quality. Our favorite part of dealing with ICC is that it only takes a phone call on our end, and they take it from there, start to finish. We highly recommend their services! Furthmore, ICC performed a significant project for us this past spring/summer of 2013. They erected a 10 x 24 garage extention, installed all new siding, including some architectural dimension ‘build outs’ and installed a complete new shingled roof. We were happy with the progress throughout, as communication was a high priority for them and us. The workmanship was ‘top notch’ and we couldn’t be happier with the end results. Pricing was competitive to other bids received, and we feel that we truly got our money’s worth and then some! We would highly recommend ICC to anyone in need of construction related projects, and know that you’d be very happy you did so. The initial response to our call was excellent -- the workers were prompt, polite and professional. However, once the mitigation work was completed, the service went down hill fast. We had to keep calling the company to see when they would be out to continue the restoration work, call them when the painter was done, and repeatedly call the insurance company to see why the work was not being approved.
Description of Work: A furnace drainage line burst in the basement and ruined a large section of the ceiling in a basement guest room. The carpet was badly stained and the ceiling had to be replaced and re-spackled and painted.

DECENT EXPERIENCE, THE FINAL WORK TURNED OUT WELL. DIFFERENT ASPECTS OF THE PROJECT WEREN'T DONE AS WELL, AND MORE SUPERVISION WOULD HAVE PROVIDED A BETTER OVERALL EXPERIENCE, BUT THEY DID WELL WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THEIR CAPABILITY
