Integrity Furnace & Duct Cleaning

I was so impressed with Mike and Justin. First, I appreciated their phone call at 7:40am to tell me that with traffic, they may be 5-10 minutes late for our 8am appointment. They arrived at 8:07am. Next, they were professional, clean and courteous as they entered my home and reviewed the work, which at that time, was only air duct cleaning. They took before and after pictures of my ducts - WOW - and then offered to clean the chimney as well for only $50 (since they were already here). They were not pushy at all, just very reasonable, friendly, and efficient. Their attention to detail revealed that they took pride in their work. Very satisfied customer.

Great, arrived when they said, had good equipment and cleaned all the vents and didn't try to upsell us.

He did a great job, took photos of the inside of the ducts and showed me that they were in good shape. He told me that they would not need to be cleaned for at least 5 year's. previous duct cleaners always wanted to return yearly. he cleaned up after himself.

I have no complaints. They difference in the before-and-after pictures was amazing. We'd had some construction done and we knew the ducts needed work. Plus, with two cats and two dogs, there's always pet hair flying. I was also surprised by how long they remained on site. They were here for over two hours and certainly did not do a rush job. Two thumbs up!

I am so pleased with Mike and his service. I had heard scary experiences where people have hired duct cleaners and they come out and then suggest more and charge double. It was very clear that Mike was a professional, had a lot of experience. He even took pictures for me of before and after to show me my house ducts. He also made an extra effort in the rain on our steep roof to clean our dryer vent that was on our roof. He also cleaned up after himself and my floors where drywall dust came off the wall upon removing the cold air returns. Then when all was finished, he retested our furnace to make sure it worked well. I am so very pleased. AND, he stayed with all his pricing letting me know the different ways of cleaning ducts and that for our home, other means would have been "overkill". I highly recommend Mike and Integrity.

I paid more than the big deal of $199. It was a fine experience. The price was decent. I was not there when they came. I cannot say about the quality but I assume it was good.

Not sure what date he came out, but he was a big help. Found out some of my duct work was not even connected to the outside! He was great and will use him again. I am a property manager and plan on using him at our associations.

Everything went as planned. They showed up on time and did the work in a couple of hours. Technicians were polite and left everything clean.

The company contacted me and I told them what was going on with my furnace. They were very upfront and honest and told me I didn't need the offer I purchased and that it wouldn't help my problem. They get an A for honesty!

Mike and Ryan were at my home for two hours working in below zero temperatures. They cleaned the cold air return and the heat vents; brushed cleaned the main trunk lines. The amount of dust that had accumulated in the trunk lines was disturbing. In addition, Mike showed me the large amount dust that accumulated in my dryer vent creating a fire hazard. He also cleaned that.

Explained what he would be doing and provided pictures of ducts before and after cleaning which helped us see that the cleaning really made a difference.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for an air duct cleaning (unlimited vents) with a rotary brush for $199. Since I had suspicions that our vents had never been cleaned in our 45 year old house, I wanted to be sure the rotary brush cleaning of the trunk lines was included. Mike had great communication, and arrived at our house promptly on time. He did a fantastic job for us. I have nothing but great things to say about the services performed. I highly recommended this company.

They did a really good job. We were very pleased.

From the start, Integrity was great to work with. Scheduling was easy; they were very flexible and tried hard to meet my schedule needs. I don't think the ducts in my house were ever cleaned, and the house is 25 years old. They came exactly on time, explained what they were going to do, and they showed me the ducts via their scope before work began. After the work was completed, they showed me the "after" view of the very clean ducts. They found a few other problems that needed to be addressed (more items that I never thought of cleaning but were in really bad shape). They cleaned up well afterwards, and were friendly and professional throughout. I will use them for future furnace cleanings, too, since they clean more items than standard furnace cleaners. In general, they earned their 'A' and I will definitely hire them again!

He arrived right on time and took care to keep things clean while dealing with the dust and debirs. Friendly and professional. I got to see the before and after of the vents, which made me realize it was a service that was long overdue! Would definitely recommend.

Mike was simply outstanding. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the work was done professionally and thoroughly. Mike, and his assistant Mike, cleaned with a rotating brush our forced air heating ducts. He showed me before and after photos of the ducts so I could literally see the difference! We are all sleeping and breathing better knowing the ducts are clean. I would recommend Mike and Integrity Furnace and Duct Cleaning without hesitation.

Mike called to confirm the appointment with me after getting my preferred dates online. We set the date and he arrived on time with an assistant. They came in, took off their shoes, explained to me exactly what they were going to do and got to work. One of my register covers was kinda stuck on and the assisstant instead of trying to force it off came and asked me how to take it off. Which was very nice. They cleaned all the ducts and registers and air exchanges. Afterwards they showed me pictures of what my ducts look like now. I asked how often this would need to be done and Mike said every couple of years and that he would retain my phone number and call me when it was due again. It has been over a week since it was done and I can feel the difference in the quality of the air in my home. Both my son and my mom have breathing issues and they also said they can tell it is "cleaner". Not as much dust as before. I recently bought the house on a foreclosure and it was vacant for sometime before I bought it so who knows when the last time the ducts were cleaned. Mike and his assistant were very clean and quick.

Mike came as scheduled by phone a few days before, called when they were on the way. He had explained the rates by phone, letting me know that it might be possible the cost would go up if the ducts were bad (which I knew they would be) to do the best job. When he arrived, he took photos showing me the built-up dirt and explained that to do the best cleaning, they would start at each opening using a rotary brush and whip, not just air. I authorized the work, because our house is large, Mike called his next customer to see if it would work for them to come a little later (good customer service). They were here over 3 hours; the after photos were amazing and even though it got a bit costly, I am so happy to be rid of all that 'stuff' in the duct work - you pay for what you get!

It went awesome! They were very prompt in calling and setting up a time to come out, gave a courtesy call 10 minutes before they arrived. Very professional and patient around my little kids. They were very careful about coming through my home and with the walls as they brought in their equipment. They explained things very well and I decided to go above and beyond the service and get our furnace cleaned as well for a little additional fee and he was very accommodating.
