Integrity Furnace & Duct Cleaning

Excellent. I have nothing but good things to say about the work that Mike and Murray did.

Mike (owner) promptly showed up in the scheduled 2 hour window. He was friendly, professional and thorough. He answered questions, took before photos, cleaned all my vents and took after photos. He spent extra time getting the ducts cleaned- wasn't rushing though any part. Cleaned up very well, plug all drilled holes, and replaced all covers. Most importantly, never tried to up sell anything! There was a noticeable (positive) difference in air quality after the cleaning. Anyone on the fence deciding to clean their ducts, get it done, you won't regret it. Thanks, Mike!

Mike and another gentleman came out to my home and did an air duct cleaning as well as a furnace tuneup. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They showed my husband everything they were doing and even offered a complimentary dryer vent cleaning. I would definitely recommend Mike and Integrity Furnace and Duct cleaning.

Wonderful. They were able to come out promptly on November 29th. They used their rotary Brush cleaning method that they had on special for $189.95 and for another small fee they cleaned the furnace and fans as well. In no time at all they were done, and their method was not as noisy as other companies I have used in the past. They let me know that after 3 years it wasn't as bad as some, and I probably only need to have the ducts cleaned every 3 years. I would definitely hire them again.

Very, very well! They were quick, advised against any additional services, cleaned the dryer vent for no charge as it was in pretty good shape and advised against having vents cleaned any more than every 2-3 years. Great customer service and I really trusted them!

It was fine. They did the duct cleaning just fine. They tried to up-sell me on something. They were pleasant and on time. I paid an extra of about $45 but it was reasonable.

Our service person was very friendly and professional. He vacuumed and brushed out the Chimney. We set up the service because when a fire was lit in the fireplace, smoked filled the room. After the work was completed, another fire was lit and the fireplace drafted as it should. We will definitely use the services of Integrity Furnace and Duct Cleaning, in the future.

I've used Integrity before and will certainly use them again! I just completed some remodeling work and called Integrity to schedule all the required cleaning. They were, as usual, very responsive, helpful and they strove to get me the best deal possible. I got an appointment exactly when I wanted it. They arrived on time and did a very thorough job of the cleaning, leaving no sign of the sheet rock dust and cat hair that had accumulated. Great job!

They actually broke our dryer vent when they were there. They did try to fix it. It was kind of a hustle. The whole vent cleaning went fine but the dryer piece of it impacted our overall dryer. The venting that is hooked up to our dryer, they didn't attach it very well. I had to go and re-attach it. It wasn't that big of a deal but it still was a little bit of an inconvenience. I wouldn't use them again because of the dryer vent.

He was able to schedule a time that fit our calendar, showed up on time and worked efficiently. At first we had not planned on having the furnace cleaned, but he showed my wife exactly how dirty it was and she agreed to add that on. Overall the visit lasted just over two hours.

Great communication throughout. House has old ductwork that has probably never been cleaned. Provided before and after photos. Minimal debris left behind outside of the workspace. Highly recommend.

Service was performed as described

Great experience. They were prompt and even offered an earlier day when a spot had opened up, even though I couldn't take it. Friendly and professional, they showed up when they should have, they quickly did their work, did it well, confirmed what they'd done, then left. It was a night and day experience compared with the travesty that was Twin Cities Furnace for the same task - they arrived then stormed off without doing the work, then stonewalled me on a reply / refund and I had to escalate several times directly with Angie's List. However Integrity Furnace has just that - integrity! They make clear appointments, work around your schedule, and do their job with no complaining or other problems. I was so relieved to finally get the dryer vent cleaning done after it take MONTHS to process my complaints (grade F) about their competitor Twin Cities Furnace. It's such a relief to work with people who WANT to work and don't belittle or dismiss the customer. Thank you Integrity Furnace, you were great and I'd totally use you again!

They were excellent! Professional, easy to work with, and they went above and beyond - after cleaning the dryer vent, they repaired the dryer ductwork from the dryer to the outside wall - where it had been improperly sealed for the past several years unbeknownst to us. Truly, a class act. I'll definitely use them again.

It went great - Mike is the owner of the company and does the work himself. He and his co-worker did a great job. They were very thorough, made minimal mess and cleaned up after themselves. In the past I've hired other duct cleaners from Angie's list, but never again - Mike is the only one I will contact for future work.

Fabulous service! Also recommended cleaning the furnace coil and fan blades which did cost an additional fee but they were really dirty---showed me before and after pics. Pleasant, professional, great work!

Very professional on the phone and in person. Took photos of our duct work beforehand. He was honest and true to his qoute and didn't pressure us into anymore services. Gave my husband some advice about our duct work and venting system.
