Integrity Furnace & Duct Cleaning

Two techs from Integrity Furnace And Air Ducts came to my house to clean my air ducts. They were on time and started right away. They put there equipment though my air ducts. They did not tell me what they were doing until I asked. They give me a very vague answer. When they were about done the one guy asked to use my bathroom. When they were done they pulled out my furnace filter which was full of dust. They said they would blow it off and put back in. Lucky I had a new furnace filter to put in. They charged me $200.00. And were gone in 45 minutes. That meant that each tech got about $133.00 an hour. They did not show me before and after pictures of my air ducts. Which I thought I was paying for. You would think that would be included. And they charged me 7.57% sales tax instead of 7.525% . I called them about this and they refused to return the difference.

Mike and Andy were fantastic. Very pro. They cleaned every vent spotlessly and the vents were VERY dirty. They offered to clean the right vents I didn't even think of. I would suggest Integrity to everyone.

After I reached out, Mike called me back in less than an hour and we scheduled the job for early the following week at a fair price. Mike and his two assistants were great, thorough, yet expeditious. They arrived on time, explained everything, worked through the home for each air return and register, took care to clean up after themselves including vacuuming around each work areas, Mike apprised me of how much debris was found, provided before and after pictures of the duct conditions, and his crew left the home neat when the departed in less than an hour and one half after servicing our 500 sq foot home. I would definitely recommend

Mike and his associate, Andy, arrived on time and explained the process of the cleaning. Mike took before and after pictures, which showed us the extreme difference - we definitely got more than our monies worth! They were personable, professional and very affordable. Mike pointed out that we had a busted dryer vent that was causing some of the dryer lint to come into our home. We asked if he could repair it and he was able to do that. The whole process took about 1 1/2 hours, and we are totally enjoying the clean, fresh air whenever the furnace kicks in. We would hire Integrity Furnace again in a heartbeat, and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I hired them for vent and furnace cleaning and it went great from start to finish. They showed up on time with three man crew and explained the entire process before they started and were willing to answer any questions I had. They explained costs, what was to be expected, and were willing to work around any furniture or mess in my house. Job was completed in about an hour and a half for roughly 2,400 square foot house with four bedrooms and two baths. There was even a damper they found that was closed and they verified I wanted it open and opened it. They showed me pictures during the process and after and it went even better than I expected and very happy with the results. There was no upselling of any other products or services and I would absolutely hire again and would recommend to family and friends as a good honest company to hire.

Everything went great! I was not home during the cleaning, but they were very good at communicating throughout the duct cleaning. They left everything clean and as they found it and i would definitely hire them again!

Mike and his associate were responsive, on time, and very professional. They explained what they were doing and were very careful, cleaning everything as they finished each segment of the job. Mike pointed out cleaning that needed to be done to the furnace, and completed the work at a very reasonable price. At our request, he added a fireplace checkup to the job. We have seen a definite improvement in our system as a result of the work done. We have had this work done in other homes in the past, and this experience with Mike was by far the best. We would use him again, and highly recommend him to anyone.

Tech was 5 minutes early, which I appreciated. Finished in 45 minutes, I was quoted an hour and a half, but I have a smaller one story house. I still found a bit of debris in one of the vents, but overall a good job. Tech was also very personable, and confident in explaining what he was doing.

Owner does the work. Very honest. Initially tried to talk me out of services that he didn’t believe were needed (although after more investigation we decided to go forward with anyway). They were a little late on account of an unexpected issue at a previous customer but it wasn’t an issue for me. They take before/after pictures and we’re very pleased with improved air quality and odor. It had been about a decade. Recommended!

They showed up on time, did a good job and finished quickly. They were polite, courteous and seemed to know what they were doing. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

Excellent experience with this local company. Down-to-earth and personable owner, who was one of the two workers to complete the job. I appreciated the flat-rate pricing, which was honored for a larger home with air ducts that definitely needed cleaning. The owner twice showed me "before" and "after" photos to demonstrate what they actually did (a nice touch) and offered to send them to me in order to share with my wife (who wasn't present). I added the furnace cleaning option, which was provided at a slightly reduced rate (as opposed to an individual service call for that purpose), as well as cleaning out the dryer (just the unit, not the venting, which I completely replaced later). These add-ons were not forced, but simply offered as options "while we're here" -- thus both convenient and affordable. No complaints working with this company.

Excellent! I was beyond impressed with Mike. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I always like to know what exactly is happening in my home and he took the time to make sure I knew what was happening. He took many before and after pictures and I was shocked at how much dust was in there! My house was built in 2001 and it was way worse than I thought it would be. It was a good experience. He found some other things that needed to be done. He showed me a picture of my ducts before hand. I was please pleased with the experience.

They came and inspected the chimney. My fireplace is gas so didn't need sweep. They also cleaned the dryer vent since I didn't need sweep and had already paid. Nice men.
