Description of Work: Provider called to say he was running 20 min. late due to traffic tie-up (I35E!), then arrived promptly. My vents had not ever been cleaned (over 20 years). Provider cleaned ALL vents, brush-cleaning main ones, as agreed to in the Angie's Deal. I was offered the option of Dryer & Vent cleaning for additional $60., and Furnace cleaning for an additional $60.00 (cheaper and more thorough than my furnace servicer) which I chose to also do. I'm very satisfied with the thorough, professional, and courteous service. The before and after photos were amazing.

Description of Work: Mike came and said that since our house was built in the 1950s. The deal that I bought was not going to clean the air ducts well. I like that he was honest.

Description of Work: Mike came in, looked at the setup and explained me why he an't use a rotary brush to clean the main trunk. It made sense as the basement is a finished basement.

Description of Work: Roto brush duct cleaning and clothes dryer cleaning. Very professional, honest and took care not to damage or leave a mess. Shared knowledge about our ducts and furnace. Came on time and did a great job.

Description of Work: Duct and vents cleaning (on a Big Deal purchase), plus cleaned furnace (partial, since burners had just been cleaned) and dryer vent. | |Mike was easy and professional, from beginning to end. Initially, my appointment was for a $199 Big Deal, but once he was here, we discussed adding the dryer vents and most of the furnace (since the burners had just been cleaned by my heating and a/c provider). He showed me photos of both ducts and vents as he went, then showed me how clean they were after the fact. The difference is pretty astonishing---having had drywall work done in seven rooms of the house this past year, the amount of dust and debris he pulled out of the house is enough to make your hair stand on end. | |Also, Mike found a vent below the tiled entryway floor that had completely rusted out, bringing my attention to the damage, as well as helping provide a temporary "bandaid" that would prevent rodents or cold air from coming in. | |I would absolutely hire Mike again in the future, no hesitation. | |

Description of Work: They blew out and brushed my furnace vents, my dryer vent going out to outside. Then they checked my dryer and discovered a dangerous build up of lint where I could not see it and they cleaned that out. Also something in the furnace needed cleaning and they did that too. The dryer and the furnace were extra and they talked to me before proceeding. I appreciated that.
