Initial call was very responsive and made me feel comfortable that they were willing to come and look at our air duct situaiton to give an estimate without any commitment to service. Once they arrived they did show my through video camera the before/after situation which made me feel much more comfortable. I also requested them to clean the dryer vent as I knew it was needed. Mike did suggest that add on for the furnace cleaning which I agreed to without pressure. He and his associate were here almost 3 hours, took their shoes on/off every time and I felt comfortable that they new what they were doing and not taking advantage of me and my lack of knowledge with the whole process. I gave a B for professionalism, but overall they were fine. I'd much rather have them knowledgable on the job at hand which is what they do vs being a high polished business professional.

Mike worked hard, did a good job, explained the procedures, and took time to show before and after views with his camera. He braved huge snow drifts on the roof to complete the clothes dryer vent cleaning. We purchased this house a few months ago and subsequently had quite a problem with dust accumulation due to a lack of previous cleaning and maintenance of the heating and cooling system. Mike did a great job of cleaning it all up.

I called the company to arrange for an assessment of our furnace ducts. Mike, the owner, came over the next day. He was very punctual, and actually called ahead, about half an hour before his arrival, which I greatly appreciated. At first, I did not want to commit to the duct cleaning on the spot, and he told me that he could send a small camera down through the ducts to get a clear idea of how dirty they actually were. I liked that idea. He did send down a small camera to view the inside of some of the ducts, and I could see for myself how dirty they were. I decided to let him do the job based on what I was able to see. He and his colleague stayed and did the entire job. He quoted the costs for everything on the spot and there were no hidden costs on my bill. He used compressed air and brushes to scour the ducts. Afterwards, he used his camera to view the ducts, showing me the before and after shots. A vast improvement!!! He also suggested that the ducts should be blown out every two to three years in the future. These jobs would not be as extensive as this initial major cleaning. My only suggestion for an improvement of the service provided is that they should bring some tarps with them to prevent boot tracks. Otherwise, they did an outstanding job, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs clean heating ducts. Integrity is the best word to describe this company. A+.

They also cleaned the furnace motor and the motors on the return air system. Scheduling was set up quickly. Two technicians came for the system and were finished in a few hours. They did a great job and took their shoes off when they came into my home.

Mike was here about 3 hours on a very, very cold day. He came on time, performed all work described, took before and after photos, showed me how to open and close dampers from the basement, and cleaned the outside dryer vent screen, which was plugged with lint.

When I called on Sat. 4-27, I was told that the brush cleaning would cost $169 with camera inspection after the cleaning to make sure everything clean inside. Since they could schedule the job on Mon. 4-29 (2 days later), I decided to go forward even though I found better quote from other contractors. When they worked on site, they told my wife (I was out of town) the quote didn't including furnace and we had to pay $59 in addition to original quote. During cleaning, they only blew each duct outlet with compressed air, not brush. After the cleaning, my wife saw the inside of the ducts uncleaned and ask them to clean better. They told my wife that would be different cleaning and must pay more. In summary, they did the cleaning job on time, but carelessly. Too much hidden cost and the final cost is way high than it should be since we did the cleaning for almost the same number of outlets and same square footage house for my other house and roughly know the price range for the job.

My wife and I recently bought the house and I don't think the ducts were ever cleaned... Integrity came in and did a very good job with a complete clean. Afterwards, my wife and I could breath better and our noses were not stuffed every morning. I shopped around quite a bit, and Integrity offered the most complete service for the price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested.

They were great. They were very pleasant. They explained everything. They video inspected their work and redid areas if needed.
