Description of Work: I worked with IPS over a few months to figure out my roof top PV project. They were responsive, reasonably professional (compared to some others) and they got the project done. We did have a few issues with one of their employees and his departure from the company left some loose strings which the company did eventually solve, though the response was not that urgent.
