 + -1 moreI was not satisfied with the quote because he wanted to add on things. I just wanted the flooring done and he was telling me to do things like he was trying to upsell. I will not use him because of their price.
Description of Work: Hometown Habitats came out and gave me a quote in spring for flooring and possibly cabinetry. It was for general remodeling. They were to look for covering. The quote was free.

 + 3 moreI was impressed with Pat's friendly professionalism, and keeping all messes to an absolute minimum. All estimates were right on, which is very important in our minds. We will undoubtedly hire Hometown Habitats for future projects. Projects are detailed above.
Description of Work: Pat with Hometown Habitats was hired to fixed a leak in an upstairs bathroom. This involved partial removal of ceiling in room below and moving heat ducts to access bathroom above. Leak was from a crack in the old molded shower stall which needed to be replaced. We decided to up-grade to a tile shower stall replace light fixtures and hardware. Pat performed all work that needed to be done. All areas involved had to be painted and finish work had to be performed. As mentioned partial removal of ceiling was necessary so we decided to we had Pat redo entire ceiling, patch walls and paint whole room. Pat also repaired squeaky stairs which involved removal of old stairs and ended up rebuilding the stairs. Creaking was eliminated.
