As for the cost, it appeared to be competitive with other quality painting service providers. As they say you pay for you get and I believe that you receive quality service and value with Home Transformations. Lastly, we opted to use a low VOC paint and Kurt was agreeable to our preference to use an environmentally friendly product (which is not always the case with contactors in our experience.)

Curt Meyer was courteous, punctual, reliable, and easy to work with. He gave me ideas that were helpful on what increases the value of a home as I considered the exterior project. His team of painters were efficient and thorough. I highly recommend them.

Kurt, the owner, showed up for the estimate on time and did a real comprehensive walk-through. He asked questions and explained how he would approach our project. We received the estimate the next day and hired them based on the competitive bid. They were able to schedule the work for just a few days later. The project took just one day. The crew was really detail-oriented, everything from masking off trim and wood-work to cleanup. I also appreciated simple details like removing heating vents, outlet/light switch covers and light fixtures vs. just painting around them. The crew was in the house all day, but, you'd barely know it as they were very professional and courteous. The bedroom was another great experience with Kurt and his crew- Quality work and very good cleanup. Disconnected and moved our home entertainment system and all components and put it back exactly as they found it. Moved all furniture and knick-knaks and replaced when job was over. The bedroom was done in 3 days.

They were easy to work with, very courteous, always prompt, and they notified us ASAP if they were going to be late due to an unexpected delay. They did excellent cleanup each day and maintained close contact with us during the duration of the project. Any missed items were promptly corrected. A delay incurred due to allowing paint to cure before installing wallpaper border. The follow-up to complete wallpaper border install was prompt. Overall, they did excellent work.

The work was beautifully done. Kurt was polite, punctual, and a delight to work with. His crew likewise was courteous and extremely professional. I was very pleased with the painting and the repair work.

Kurt Meyer is a true professional. He knows his business and is a pleasure to work with. His crew was meticulous about their work and their cleanup every day. His crew was honest and nice to have around. I thought this would be a bad experience with strangers working on my house, but they made it a good experience. I was comfortable with them around my house. These guys all worked really hard and did a great job. The price was high, and I did get a lower bid from another company, but after meeting Kurt, I got the feeling that he would do a better job than the previous company I interviewed. Home Transformations gives a better warranty than their competition. Kurt always returned my phone calls promptly. His guys were on time. I had new storm and screen windows installed after a bitter cold spell, and Kurt was here to paint the windows the first day the weather was warm enough to be painted. He made my windows his number one priority. I highly recommend them.

A VERY WET SUMMER DELAYED THE START OF THE JOB BUT WE ONLY SPECIFIED THAT THE JOB BE DONE BEFORE THE END OF THE SUMMER SO THAT WAS NOT A PROBLEM. SOME EXTERIOR DAMAGE WAS NOTED AND WE FELT THE PRICE TO FIX IT (BEFORE PAINTING) SEEMED HIGH SO WE OPTED NOT TO HAVE IT DONE. EXTRA PAINT REQUIRED TO FINISH THE TRIM SO THE ESTIMATE WAS NOT ACCURATE. OVERALL, KURT AND HIS CREW WERE POLITE AND TIMELY. PRICE A LITTLE HIGH BUT HE WORKED WITH US SO WE FELT IT WAS FAIR.ED

KURT WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC! HE RETURNED CALLS IMMEDIATELY, SCHEDULED MY JOB WITHIN 2 WEEKS, AND DID EXCELLENT, HIGH QUALITY WORK.

KURT IS EXTREMELY PATIENT AND COURTEOUS, AS WAS HIS CREW. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, HELPED WITH COLOR AND BRAND SELECTION, MADE HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS ABOUT HOW TO HANDLE PROBLEMS THAT WERE ENCOUNTERED (ADDITIONAL REPAIR WORK). HE ALSO CHARGED VERY REASONABLE AMOUNTS FOR CUSTOMER-REQUESTED ADDITIONAL WORK. THIS WAS A LARGE JOB, REQUIRING LOTS OF TRAVEL TIME, MULTIPLE PARTIES INVOLVED IN EVERY DECISION, AND SPECIAL SITUATIONS. HIS ESTIMATE WAS HIGHER THAN SOME, BUT NOT THE HIGHEST WE RECEIVED. WE ACCOMPLISHED OUR GOAL, HOWEVER, WHICH WAS TO BRING THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE BACK UP TO A WELL-MAINTAINED CONDITION, AND IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL, AS WELL.

I HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH HOME TRANSFORMATIONS AND KURT MEYER. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORKMANSHIP AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. KURT AND HIS CREW ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ON THE JOB WHEN THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO BE ON THE JOB. KURT WAS EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE TO ANY REQUESTS I HAD FOR SPECIFIC DETAILING. BEST OF ALL, THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS SUPERB. MY DECK AND LATTICE LOOK BEAUTIFUL! I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN WITHOUT ANY HESITATION.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. WE WERE WELL SATISFIED WITH THE WORK DONE AND ALSO A COMPETITIVE PRICE. MR. HE WAS VERY APPROACHABLE WITH QUESTIONS AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS WHEN ASKED AND VALUED OUR OPINION/WISHES. THE CREW ALSO WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. NO MEMBER WAS LESS THAN 5 YEARS WITH THE COMPANY. NONE SEEMED TO WASTE TIME AND KNEW WHAT TO DO TO GET THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY AND WELL DONE MANNER. THEY WERE NEAT, PICKING UP AFTER THEMSELVES, AND NO LOUD MUSIC. WE WERE NOT ABLE TO BE HOME ALL THE TIME WHEN THE JOB WAS BEING DONE, AND A NEIGHBOR, WITHOUT PROMPT ASKED ME ONE DAY WHO I HAD DO THE PAINTING. HE HAD OBSERVED THEM AND SAID THE CREW WORKED EFFICIENTLY, AND DID A GOOD/NEAT JOB AND HE WOULD LIKE TO HIRE THEM FOR PAINTING JOB. I WILL HAVE HOME TRANSFORMATION BACK FOR OTHER PAINTING JOBS.

KURT MEYER AND HIS CREW WERE WONDERFUL. HE WAS PROMPT IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS AND ON-TIME FOR THE BID. HE WAS NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE BUT I COULD TELL FROM HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND KNOWLEDGE HE WOULD BE THE BEST. HE MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS JUST SEAMLESS. HIS CREW WAS GREAT. THEY WERE CLEAN, RESPECTFUL OF OUR HOME, ON-TIME EACH DAY, AND EXTREMELY CAREFUL OF ALL OUR FURNITURE AND ART. KURT KEPT US UPDATED ON THE PROGRESS AND WAS VERY EASY TO TALK TO. AN ADDED BONUS, HE PLAYS GREAT MUSIC WHILE WORKING AND WAS SO THOUGHTFUL IN ASKING IF I LIKED HIS CHOICE! I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL HOME TRANSFORMATIONS AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

HE KEPT US UP-TO-DATE WITH WHEN HE AND HIS CREW WOULD BE OUT TO START THE WORK. PROVIDED EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION ALONG THE WAY. DID WONDERFUL WORK (OUR FRONT DOOR IS GORGEOUS). THE PRICES WERE VERY COMPETITIVE. TWO OTHER ESTIMATES WE GOT WERE HIGHER.

VERY PLEASED WITH ALL THE WORK THEY DID, EVEN THOUGH THEIR PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN OTHER BIDS, I RECEIVED, I BELIEVE, THE VALUE YOU RECEIVE IS WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY (THAT IS WHY I INDICATE PRICE AS A). THEY SPENT AN ENTIRE WEEK PREPPING AND PAINTING. THEIR 5 YEAR WARRANTY IS UNMATCHED BY ANYONE ELSE WE TALKED WITH. KURT'S RESPONSIVENESS GUARANTEE IS TRUE. IF YOU CALL YOU WILL HEAR BACK FROM HIM WITHIN HOURS. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB WITH THE HOUSE. THEY STARTED ON A MONDAY AND FINISHED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. OUR HOUSE WAS THERE FOCUS THE ENTIRE TIME.

THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY, $100 RESPONSIVENESS GUARANTEE AND WORKERS COMP COVERAGE ON THE HOME TRANSFORMATIONS CREW SWAYED US IN THEIR DIRECTION, EVEN THOUGH THE BID WAS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS. KURT AND HIS CREW SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE THOROUGH, DETAIL ORIENTED AND CLEAN. A NEIGHBOR TOLD ME SHE SAW THEM SHOP-VACING THE YARD TO GET UP PAINT CHIPS DURING THEIR NIGHTLY CLEAN UP. KURT HELPED US WITH COLOR SELECTION AND EVEN PAINTED A COUPLE OF STORM FRAMES THAT WERE NOT ON THE WORK ORDER JUST BECAUSE IT MADE THINGS LOOK BETTER - AND HE DIDN'T ADD IT TO THE PRICE! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND KURT AND HOME TRANSFORMATIONS TO ANYONE, AND WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

KURT WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND EVEN HELPED SUGGEST COLORS FOR SOME OF THE ROOMS. HIS TEAM WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE PAINTING WAS DONE WELL AND HIS TEAM WORKED VERY QUICKLY.
