Very well - quickly, with good craftsmanship, and nice workers with good ideas. They didn't pressure us to do more than we currently needed (even though there is more to do!) This is our second experience with Home Transformations - they painted the entire house in 2008 and it has held up well! I would recommend them without qualification.

Excellent paint job on my home and garage by Home Transformations. The quality of work was superb, with great attention to detail, and the crew was very professional and easy to work with. The project was done within the promised timeline, and the price was consistent with the quote. I would definitely use Home Transformations again.

Kurt and his team did an amazing job - we look like we have a brand new house! (And our house is over 100 years old.) Kurt's team was made up of true professionals with the highest skill. They were also very respectful of our property and cleaned everything up when they were done. I have gotten countless compliments from neighbors about how great our house looks. We are truly thrilled.

Very well. They were here on time, worked very hard and were very knowledgeable about their service and products. My house is 160 yrs old and Kurt (the owner) was able to help me source glass to match the old wavy glass and navigate the idiosyncrasies of an old house.

It went great! We highly recommend Kurt and his team at Home Transformations. We recently had a very extensive interior painting and wall repair project completed by Home Transformations, and are very pleased with the experience and results. We had first worked with Kurt and his team at Home Transformations in 2019 on exterior painting at our house. The price was fair (not the lowest or the highest quote we received), the quality was good, and he and his crew were easy to work with. Based on that experience, Kurt was our only call when we were ready to tackle our interior. The interior painting was in our small St. Paul home where we live — not a vacant house — and we wanted nearly the whole interior painted. There were also significant repairs needed on our long-neglected plaster walls and ceilings and the intricate moulding throughout the house. We were worried about the disruption, but Kurt and his team was able to work with us to very quickly complete the project in just a week while we went away for spring break. There’s obviously a lot of chaos involved, but they made it as easy as possible — carefully moving and protecting our furniture and putting it back when done. And they got it done on the aggressive timeline we wanted! They lived up to their name of “Home Transformations” - it almost felt like one of those HGTV “reveal” shows when we returned home, walking into what almost felt like a new house! As an aside, we were pleased to find out that the crew leader for our 2022 interior painting project was the same as the crew leader for our 2019 exterior painting project. It was reassuring to know that Kurt does what it takes to retain skilled, experienced painters as long-term employees rather than churning through unskilled laborers.

I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Our experience with Home Transformations was fantastic, from the estimate through all the stages of prepping and painting our 2.5-story house. We got bids from four companies, and the estimates were fairly close. Kurt stood out by noting how seriously he takes the relationships he's building and maintaining with his crews. It bore out every day, as did their pride in the work they do. All of the HT folks were friendly and good communicators, and the workmanship was excellent. Kurt even suggested a paint scheme that we continue to love (as do our neighbors). I really had no idea our fairly humble house could look as good as it does.

Kurt and his team were quick, efficient, and professional. The entire job was done in a few quick days, and the results are stunning! The painted cabinets completely transformed our kitchen.

The staff did excellent and high quality work . They moved efficiently, covered areas, cleaned up, moved furniture. The staff were friendly and professional.

It went very well. The house needed a lot of exterior repairs, scraping and replacing of some boards. They spent a lot of time and energy prepping for painting, which I believe is the key to obtaining a quality end result. The team of workers are very experienced, professional and detail-oriented. The business owner was meticulous and knowledgeable and communicated well. High recommend this company if you want to have your project done right.

Kurt was very communicative and easy to work with throughout, even while I was out of state during the process, and was able to finish our painting prior to our move in date. We had one heavily textured wall that was skim coated and is now perfectly smooth. Quality of work throughout is excellent and we are extremely happy with the results!

Home Transformations was not our lowest bid, nor was it the highest. The value was outstanding. Kurt and his crew are hard working and professional. Very good clean-up and masking too. Kurt gave advice when asked, which improved the outcome. We are very happy with the entire experience.

Excellent. We found Kurt and his crew to be top shelf. We had gone longer than we probably should have between painting projects. They helped us find Dave at Pinnacle Construction who took care of a few windowsills that needed full replacement before painting could be done. Very happy al the way around

Outstanding! The entire Home Transformations team did an exceptional job from beginning to end. Our painting project was a challenge due to the nature of our house being cedar shakes. The team scrapped off all the old paint, primed and painted the siding, sealed and painted all the windows and dormers and scraped, sanded and painted a long iron fence that lies between the house and the garage. The team was extremely hard working, courteous and great to work with. Several neighbors have asked for Home Transformations contact information, which I have gladly given them. I would hire them again in a minute!

Home Transformations did excellent work. They were in almost every room in our house, removing and installing sashes, and painting trim. They were professional, detail-oriented and very respectful of our household keeping the house clean and orderly. We will use them again.

We hired Home Transformations to paint our 1958 rambler. They did all trim, storm windows, body, foundation, and doors. Kurt's bid was 5 detailed pages eliminating any and all surprises once the project was underway. A competitors bid was written in hand on one page of paper. Kurt's team was always on time, friendly, and communicated with us throughout the project. No loud music, no trash, and took great care to treat the landscaping gently. They also made sure to not park their trucks in a way that blocked neighbor's driveways. You pay more to hire them, but it's worth every single penny. We will absolutely hire them again for our future painting needs.

Excellent. Kurt and his crew were on time, efficient, quiet, and did great work. Would definitely recommend. We have an older house and they took great care with respecting the windows.

The experience from start to finish was good. We contacted Kurt in December 2020, knowing we had to get on his calendar early, and because we wanted to have the work done as soon as possible in the spring. Because of a very wet spring, and some other unforeseen circumstances, the painting wasn't able to be done until mid-July. The prep was beautifully done (scraping previous paint), and the crew were helpful and respectful of our property. The scraping took the longest (we were advised that would be so). The fussiness of having to paint aluminum combination windows (removing them first) was done well! Overall, the painting was done professionally by a very nice and congenial crew. We have already had compliments from our neighbors!

We were very impressed with the quality of their work, their communication, and their flexibility. We have received many comments on how nice our house looks.

We hired Home Transformations for a significant amount of exterior and interior painting. They were fabulous. Their work was excellent and the crew was extremely professional and responsive. Highly recommend!

If you have an older home you may have had the experience of getting bids for repairs/paint that are either crazy cheap (maybe shoddy?) or wildly expensive (who are they kidding?). This carefully detailed bid was somewhere in between those extremes. Prep work was thorough, starting with a recommended carpenter (a separate bid) who did a great job fixing the areas that were showing their age. Once he finished, the paint crew commenced the most thorough job of scraping that this house has seen in decades. All the window frames were pried out and removed and the windows reglazed, again something this house hasn't seen in ages. I had just about given up on our neglected back porch with its six windows and *96* panes of glass, but Clyder coaxed it back to life with lots of scraping, glazing and TLC. The crew was quiet but friendly, professional, and hard working. Cleanup happened every day. Kurt and the crew have a good color sense, and that came in handy since I made a significant color change from the previous color. I'm very happy I found this company. Their work is excellent, and I feel it is fairly priced for the quality we received. I would absolutely hire them again!

Clider, Enrique, and the rest of the team were phenomenal. Prep included power-washing, scraping, patching, and priming, as well as cutting nails that were exposed in the soffit after many re-roofing jobs. Painting included 6 wood double-hung and 2 casement windows with wood storms and 1 wood door with storm that are all original to the house. Clean-up was thorough every day. Enrique is a craftsman - he carefully painted over individual drips of white paint that had been spilled on chimney bricks by a previous painter. The whole team was responsive and hard working. The cost was rather high compared to others, but was well worth it for the level of quality and and attention to detail, and for the peace of mind we had knowing we could trust in a good outcome.

Crew was punctual, professional and thorough. Spent a lot of time & effort on prep work; cleaned up work site every evening; crew was very pleasant, conscientious & hard working. Quality of work justified cost.

Home Transformations was recommended to us by another contractor (who had hired them for his home in our neighborhood). After multiple bids and lack of responses from others, it was a great relief to work with highly communicative professionals. We also really appreciated their extra care to not damage our plants or get debris in our koi pond. We could not be more pleased with the job from start to finish. Thank you!
