The project went great!!! Phil worked around our work schedule, and cleaned up everything each night so we could continue to use this entry in the morning and evening. He matched paint for us to keep the colors the same and as we would look each day at the work and have more ideas, he would incorporate them easily. Phil made this project look so easy! Build a bench? Sure, no problem. Add a light up there - done. Of course I can make the other light match the new one. He was great and we look forward to having him complete more work for us in the future!

It all went very well. I will certainly use their services again.

Phil showed up on time and gave us a reasonable estimate with a couple options for an attic entry that had molding wood. He did the work quicker than I expected and cleaned up to our satisfaction as well. Painless experience!

Phil was professional from start to finish. There was one project that he wasn't sure how to do at first, but he did some research and came back with a good solution. He did a few extra things that we hadn't originally talked with him about. He was good at thinking of how to address some of the quirky things in our house.

Prompt. Came prepared. Pleasant and professional. Replaced door bell that broke while door was being installed. As a result of their careful work, the doors blend with the house. We are very pleased with the job that was done.

I contacted the company and Phil came to the house to view the project. An email was sent within 24 hours with an estimate. He started work at 9:00 on time worked all day and was totally professional and friendly. The work was done beautifully in fact we have asked him to come back to give us an estimate for a future project. Great Service I can't say enough good about this company. It is great to find out that customer service and satisfaction is alive and well in Minnesota. A best bet!!!!

Denise and Phil were extremely responsive. Denise returned my first phone call right away and arranged for Phil to drop by quickly with an estimate. Phil gave us two different options for completing the work and quickly scheduled us in. He showed up right on time and worked straight through the day to complete the job by supper. Fast, friendly, professional and right on budget. You cannot ask for more than that. And we love the shelves. Great work.

Prompt response to my phone call to set up an appointment. Phil arrived on time for the appointment on July 24th, to discuss the needed work. He was not helpful when asked for suggestions or ideas for the 2 bathroom remodeling jobs I wanted done. He told me that he would get back to me with an estimate. I have not heard a word. If he did not want to do the job he should have just said so. Poor customer service.

They do not work with chain link fencing.

Went very well from start to finish. Phil was timely with the price quote and communicated exactly what he was going to be doing each day. Then he followed through. Home Revivers showed up on time everyday and were very thorough about keeping the work area clean. My bathroom looks new and fresh and turned out exactly as I imagined it would. Great job!!

Phil did a great job! He is reliable and was always on time and here when he said that he would be. He did quality work and cleaned up neatly afterward. I would definitely have Home Revivers out to do another job.

They never got back to us with the estimate.

It looks great, very professional. We are so pleased, we're having Phil come out to look at a whole list of other house projects we need to have done!

Phil (and I believe his son) did an excellent job. We were definitely under time constraints given that other work needed to be done, but they were able to schedule us quickly, and did the work well. The time between my initial call to the job being done was less than a week, and that included an estimate as well. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for other jobs.

They were professional, attentive and fair priced. I would use them again.

Denise McDonald responded promptly to my request for an estimate. He came to the home looked over the project, took material back with him that described the installation process, he had never done a similar installation before. He sent me an estimate which was not unreasonable. I was very impressed with Denise McDonald's professionalism. I was especially impressed with the detail of the written estimate and description of the job to be done and when he would do it. He knew I needed it done quickly and did try hard to accommodate me. In the end I went with someone else who was a bit quicker in his response to me but in no way should anyone interpret this as a negative concerning Home Revivers. I had to choose between to competent teams and made a quick choice. Under another circumstance it could have turned out that I would have chosen Denise. I recommend Home Revivers recognizing that they have not yet done work for me. I will definitely consider using him in the future.

It went very well. He was very professional; gave me a firm bid; sent a proposal in the mail to back it up; was on time; cleaned up; quiet; respectful.

Phil and Denise were easy to work with, offered a very competitive bid and were very good at communicating. The crew did a nice job.

They were great, showed up when they said they would, workmanship was very professional, invoice came in on estimate. I can't rate them high or low on price, did not do bids (wanted someone local and available) but it seemed reasonable. And he seemed very competent. The aspect I was most impressed with, the work had to be split up because Phil could not do it as originally planned, and they would not take the full payment until all work agreed upon was done completely. Highly ethical business practice, big trust factor.

Phil is quite friendly and knowledgeable, presenting several options for improving our 1920's home. The options ranged in price, but we chose the best option to obtain a finished look similar to original. We are very pleased with the plaster work. We also hired him to paint the entire house. His young support staff missed some areas, even after I pointed them out. In addition, they could have been more careful with dropcloth placement to prevent some of the cleanup (tile floors so no serious problem). However, when made aware of these problems, Phil was apologetic and promptly corrected all of the issues himself. The house looks beautiful now and we are very pleased.

Phil was punctual and friendly. He sent us an estimate with some delay, but once we agreed on a starting day he showed up on time and was flexible with scheduling his work, in order to accommodate our needs. The work extended for 11 instead of 7 days, but this was partly because of the extent of water damage. Phil was very professional and easy to communicate with, he answered many additional questions, and he took the time to explain and examine the issues for which we wanted advice. His work was very clean, he covered his path and working areas with plastic sheets and cleaned every area after working. The quality of his work was very good. He took a lot of time to repair the damaged shower stall, practically building it all up again. He also cleaned and repaired damaged wood in the walls and ceiling. Although we thought he did more work than anticipated, he kept the same price that we had agreed upon. A minor dissatisfaction is that the ceiling patch is noticeable. Great work!

After interviewing several handymen listed on Angie's List, Phil provided by far the lowest quote, work was done in the time frame described and it was done well. Our impression of Phil is that he is very nice, flexible, trustworthy and conscientious.

They called back in a timely manner and we set an appointment which we cancelled because we found someone else to do the plastering.

The estimate seemed fine, and Phil said he'd get back to me and never did. I emailed him back, but didn't get a response. I'm sure it was an honest mistake, perhaps my spam filter caught his estimate or what not.
