Too many people involved, none of them knew exactly the scope of the work. They did poor work overall and needed to come back to fix something that was wrong. And yet, we have the same leak we had when we called them, they never fixed that which was our main issue.

Two people showed up to the initial consultation, and they were great. They quickly responded with a plan and cost estimate. The company hired other people to do the job and frankly, they are the ones who are quite unprofessional. They did not come when they say they will. Once they came they did a very poor job (not as it was discussed in the consultation visit) and completely ignored half of what was in the workplan. It took a while for them to come back, but another two different guys showed up and asked us what needed to be done. They had no clue what they need to do and what needed to be fixed. Those last two were rude and unprofessional, talking to us in a disrespectful way. The company owner was responsive and quite nice to be fair. But it took four visits in total to get this done. The final product was ok, but unfortunately, the process is inefficient and the sub-contractors are unprofessional.
