There is an exterior light that doesn't work since they did the service. I contacted them about it right away, but there had been a storm in town and I knew they would be busy. They were very pleasant to deal with but I don’t feel they were overlooking their sub-contractors adequately. I will follow up with them after my travels to get the light fixed.

Their service has been very, very good. We are impressed with what they do, the care they take, and the precision of their work. They are quite accessible. The crew was very competent both times. The work was done in a timely fashion and they cleaned up very well.

My bathroom and my porch still leak between where the roof and the wall meet. We noticed the leak after a big storm, about 4 months later, and we called them. They came out and replaced the flashing. We had another storm later and noticed that the leak is even worse.

Their service turned out pretty well. We had some issues but they resolved all the issues without any problem. There were a few holes in the roof accidentally and we had some damage after a rain storm. But they responded quickly and took care of and paid for all the damage. The end result of the roof we are very pleased with and I would use them again. Their customer service is very good.

Their service was excellent. They got here when they said they would. The job was completed on time. They did some extra services that were unexpected. When they did the siding, they did some repairs underneath that weren't in the contract. Their clean-up also was good.

Their service was good. They did a nice job with the roof. We have had no problems or leaks since then. They cleaned up thoroughly and went around with a large magnet to pick up any loose nails.

Very persistent about earning out business. Took care of everything. Met with our insurance adjustor. Provided a very detailed estimate. No surprises. Was very diligent with follow up and worked well with our solar panel company to coordinate getting those reinstalled as well.

It took one week to schedule a person to come out to look at the house and inspect the property. Then 8 days after inspecting the property she got a call saying they are fully booked and will not be able to do the work. So in short it took them over two weeks to tell me they are booked AND they didn't even give me an estimate so I couldn't even compare them to other bids. I'm glad they are so good that everybody wants to use them...heck I did. Just don't waste my time if you have too much work on your schedule. I would have been much less irate if I was told up front.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They came out right away after I purchased the deal. I had an issue with an ice dam and he gave me some ideas on how to fix that. He said they could fix it but it’s gonna cost me too much and that I should do it myself and he told me exactly how to fix it. So I was very appreciative of that. This was my first time using him. It took me a few hours to do it and it probably would have taken him 30 minutes. What stood out were his promptness and also the fact that he didn’t try and sell me something. I needed something and he could have sold me something and charge me a few hundred dollars to do something.

Work was done as expected and overall price was very good.

had 2 problem downsprouts which caused lots of trouble in 2013. They checked it out and came up with the plan. Very quality workmansip. This will last a long came. I am very pleased.

It hadn't been redone for many many years and dfinitely needed to be done before we could move. So sad - it looked gorgeous! Why did we wait! They came when they said they would, got a dumpster backed in and took practically no time to get started and done. They finished only 10 minutes before a morning squall hit the area. Whoo! The workers were very nice, the clean up was great. Richard House, the senior project manager dropped in to see how it was going, and was always very nice, and easy to reach. Jim Hunter, in charge of quality control stayed their the whole time and was wonderful, too. Would we use them again? Yes! In a snap second. I'm so glad they were there!

Hoffman Weber was excellent from start to finish. I choose this company based on others reviews and am so glad I did. They are extremely professional and their work was excellent. We are going to have them do more work for us in future. If you are deciding between two company's or shopping around do not hesitate to hire HW.

They installed the leaf guards on the date they had scheduled with us. We were away on vacation during the installation; and came back to the completed job - no damage to existing landscaping and no clean-up to be done..

Their representative Terry was prompt, a great listener, and knew the materials we were discussing. He got back to me in good time with a great kitchen layout that works for our awkward kitchen space without breaking my budget.

They were professional, and cleaned up well. The work was done well, and held up well over the last couple of years.

Well due to the immense amount of rain this past spring--it took about 2 weeks longer than expected..They are the nicest people--all the people were great---they called and told us of the schedule each day...they checked in at the job site each day...The salesman was very polite---the siders worked really hard and did a great job( very knowledgeable) -the door and window man is the smartest man I have ever met---he does great work-and he is actually really NICE! Roofers were very quick and it looked great!---The asphalt people were super polite and nice! I truely enjoyed all the workers and supervisors I came in contact with. I thought they did a great job and I thought the price was fair. They was no pressure for us---they gave us plenty of advance notice and they kept their word. If rain became an issue, they called us right away. This is the first company I have ever worked with that actually kept their word from start to finish. Very Fair, Very polite, Cleaned well after themselves....I have nothing bad to say! I wish I had more work to be done-- I would hire them right away!

The plan was good and the designer was talented. However I decided not to proceed with this company at this time because I felt they are too big for my $20K budget. It almost felt as if I'd be paying half my budget for the production crew rather than the end result. Given my financial limitations I was hoping to get more out of my project than what I could with HW. However I'd highly recommend to anyone looking who has a sufficient budget.

Price was extremely competitive. Quality of the finished product seems to be very good. Especially the aluminum wrap, I think it looks great. Scheduling and billing were a bit of a challenge, but every time I called to clarify something, they were very responsive. If you are not tied to a specific schedule, I think you will be happy with what you get.

The thermal inspection was cheap. They came out, were on time, and were friendly. They came out one day and it was warmer than we expected so they came out the next day so they could point out the cold areas so that was nice of them.

The sales rep. showed up right on time and was especially personable. He really took the time to tell about himself and his company which he seemed to be firmly behind. We checked out the area I was talking about and he gave an estimate about the work that needed to be done. He offered to contact the owner to try and get me the best deal possible. The only thing I was not fond of was that he tried to get me to commit that same day to having the work by their company. I did not and he was understanding. Shortly afterwards I received an email apologizing and informing me that it would not be possible for them to complete the project without an entire renovation to the area or a new roof install. I was impressed by their honesty and mission to do the work the right way even if it lost them a job for the time being. We will be replacing our roof within the next couple years and I will definitely let Hoffman Weber in on the bid.

The guy who did the estimate was like really professional almost like of a corporate guy or something.

They were very good and we highly recommend them. They were on time on everything and they did very good work. They were very professional in their dealings, did excellent work, and the materials they used were very good. We thought their price was fair.
