They were very attentive to all the little details. They did a great job patching up all the little drywall boo boos. I thought the price was fair and I will definitely use them again.

Mark the handyman showed up on time. He was very pleasant, but after determining that he could not complete the work by the end of the day he told me that we would have to reschedule to complete the work. I was left with no weatherstripping on 2 of my doors. I rescheduled with the owner Carl and he said that he would come out himself to complete the work. I took 1/2 day off from work to have the job completed. Carl was nice to deal with over the phone, but he did not call and showed up almost 3 hours late for our set time. When he did arrive he said that he did not have the correct materials, or time, to complete the work that day and we would have to reshedule.I used 1/2 day of vacation time for nothing. He did offer to reschedule an evening time, so that I would not have to take time off from work again. We rescheduled, but he did not call or show up at all for this appointment. I never heard from him at all. I will never have anything to do with this company again

I contacted Mr. Carlson by email and he called me the next day. He was extremely pleasant and well spoken. We agreed that I should take some pictures of our kitchen and email him the photos and a full explanation of what I wanted done. I spent a good deal of time doing this. Mr. Carlson and I spoke on the phone again and we arranged a time for him to come over the following day to see the kitchen and talk in person about how to proceed. He never showed up, never called. Finally, nine days later, he called and nervously apologized for missing our appointment, explaining that he had gotten bogged down with snow-removal work and such. I was very skeptical but did agree to another appointment time. Amazingly, he did not show up again! This time, almost two hours past the appointment time, someone else called me and said Mr. Carlson was tied up but might be able to make it over later that day. I never heard from him or his company again. I found him unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

Work consistently needs to be redone. The staff expertise is also inconsistent. I would often get no returned phone calls when the work needed to be redone. I found the overall experience to be unprofessional for the steep price.

MY GARDEN WAS COMPLETELY RUINED. NOT ONLY DID A CREW OF 6 DIG UP MOST OF MY LAWN AND MATURE SHRUBS (EVEN THOUGH I REPEATEDLY WARNED THEM OF THE VALUE OF THE GARDEN), BUT THEY DID SO DURING THE WORST TIME OF YEAR, LEAVING MY BACKYARD SOLID MUD FOR MUCH OF THE FALL, WINTER AND SPRING. I HAVE TWO DOGS AND KIDS, SO IT WAS A COMPLETE DISASTER. WORSE THAN THAT, I LAMENT THE LOSS OF MANY VALUABLE, MATURE GARDEN PLANTS, WE HAVE UNSIGHTLY ELECTRICAL POSTS POPPING UP IN OUR YARD AND AT LEAST TWO OF THE POSTS DON'T EVEN WORK (NO ELECTRICITY)! APPARENTLY MANY OF THE CREW WERE FIRED AS A RESULT. I HAVE USED MR. HANDYMAN FOR MANY PROJECTS, SOME OF WHICH WERE DONE CORRECTLY BUT SINCE THIS GARDEN EPISODE, NOTHING IS DONE (INCLUDING REPAIR OF TWO FRENCH DOOR UNITS WHICH HAVE YET TO BE RETURNED TO US, AFTER 8 MONTHS AND NEARLY CONSTANT PHONE CALLS). WORSE, EVERY TIME I CALL I AM TOLD IT WILL BE ''TODAY.'' I JOINED ANGIE'S LIST SPECIFICALLY TO WARN POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS ABOUT THIS FIRM.

CO-REP WAS POLITE, WELL-MANNERED, PROFESSIONAL AND QUIET. COMPLETED JOB SURPRISINGLY FAST. ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS A MIX-UP WITH THE PROCESSING OF OUR CREDIT CARD-WE WERE DOUBLE BILLED AND HAD TO DISPUTE THE CHANGE WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

THEY DID NOT HAVE A HANDYMAN THAT COULD DO THE JOB I NEEDED. BUT HE REFERRED ME TO SOMEONE WHO COULD AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

VERY POLITE. SOME WORK WAS SLOPPY. DID NOT COMPLETE JOB. POOR SCHEDULING.

I HAD AN 8:00 AM APPOINTMENT SET UP. I TOOK VACATION FROM WORK THAT DAY SO THAT I WOULD BE AVAILABLE. THE TIME AND DATE WERE SET TO ACCOMMODATE MR. CARLSON'S SCHEDULE. MR. CARLSON NEVER SHOWED UP AND NEVER CALLED. HE WILL NOT GET ANY OF MY BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE.

THEY NEEDED TO COME BACK TO FIX ANOTHER PART OF THE FASCIA THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED THE FIRST TIME. THE RECEPTIONIST AND OWNER WERE POLITE ON THE PHONE. THE HANDYMAN WASN'T PARTICULARLY HELPFUL WHEN I POINTED OUT THAT THE WORK WASN'T DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

ON TIME SERVICE. EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND SOLUTION THOROUGHLY. FAIR PRICE FOR WORK DONE.

MR. HANDYMAN WAS POLITE, ON TIME, REASONABLY PRICED AND GOOD PROBLEM SOLVERS. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET SOME DOORS TO CLOSE THAT OTHERS SAID WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED.

WONDERFUL! CARL LISTENED CAREFULLY TO WHAT I WANTED; THOUGHT ABOUT IT & MADE EXCELLENT SUGGESTIONS. PROJECTS TURNED OUT BETTER THAN I WOULD HAVE HOPED. WORKMANSHIP VERY GOOD, AS WELL.

THE WORK WAS NICELY DONE, BUT THEY JUST PLAIN TOOK TOO LONG FOR SUCH A SMALL JOB. THEY CHARGE HOURLY, SO THEM TAKING SO LONG REALLY DROVE UP THE COST. I WAS QUOTED 3 HOURS MAX AND THEY TOOK 5. THEY HAD ME SIGN AN AUTHORIZATION FORM FOR THE JOB, SO I HAD NO RECOURSE. I NEEDED TO GO TO WORK SO I COULD NOT SUPERVISE THE JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND BEING HOME FOR THE SERVICE CALL. I SERIOUSLY CANNOT IMAGINE WHAT WENT ON FOR 5 HOURS TO REPLACE ONE FENCEPOST. I HAD SIMILAR WORK DONE LAST SUMMER INCLUDING ADDING A SECTION TO MY FENCE FOR HALF THE COST BY ANOTHER HANDYMAN SERVICE.

I FOUND OUT THE WORKER WAS DELAYED. I WILL USE SOMEONE ELSE.

MR. HANDYMAN FIXED BOTH PROBLEMS EFFICIENTLY, QUICKLY AND NEATLY. THEY TOOK THEIR SHOES OFF BEFORE ENTERING THE HOUSE AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEIR WORK. THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK ME IN EARLY IN THE MORNING THAT DAY.
