Zack and Collin were the perfect crew to allow into my home! They were respectful and kind the whole time they were working on my bathroom project. They communicated greatly with any hiccups they ran across. I would hire them time and time again for any in-home projects that I need done. Thanks again for all that your team does! The work itself was fine for the price. However, there was an issue with payment and instead of contacting me via phone (text or call) or email, Zack left a threatening note on my door. And then after I received the note and reached out to resolve the issue, I was ignored for months.

I appreciate your feedback, however I know I am very responsive and communitive with every job that I do to ensure that things continue to go smoothly throughout the process. I did in fact try to connect with you many times to try to resolve payment issues, but had gotten no response or answer to any messages/calls. Unfortunately my bank was the one to confirm the issues with payment. In return to protect my company, I did what was necessary and informed you that I would have to take legal measures if payment wasn't made soon after the notice. Most contact was made with you in person as I was unable to get ahold of you via phone or email until over a month later. It wasn't until that month later that I finally received the appropriate payment for the completed job.

Bathroom tile and tub replacement
Description of Work: Zach and Dillon did a great job completing our project after firing a dofferent big box company. They were able to complete the job quickly and provided the personal touches we were looking for. They offered to cleanup daily, paint or anytelse that would make final prodict perfect. I will be pushing friends to them in the future

They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, they did a very good job. All in all we were happy.
Description of Work: They repaired a shower stall, replaced the shower pan and did all the tile. Wall and floor.

It was the best the service that I've ever received. I have some different questions with them as a real estate agent and they answered it very well. He was very careful, very patient to my questions and he answered it very well.
