Description of Work: Replaced kitchen faucet with sprayer. Called and asked if they could come earlier than expected which was ideal for me. Came and quickly switched out the kitchen faucet. Very friendly and professional. Mike was very helpful when setting up the appointment.

Description of Work: Gave me great advice on why our dishwasher was leaking. I gave him a description of the problem over the phone, and he was able to tell me that it was a parts issue, not a plumbing problem. Very helpful and friendly even though he new he wouldn't be making any money on a service call. If I ever do have any plumbing problems,I will be calling Hessian Plumbing. They can be trusted.

Description of Work: Called to get a gas dryer hooked up properly. They were able to schedule me in right away. Price was much better than other quotes I got. Professional, thorough, all good. Will use them again and no issues referring to others.

Description of Work: I had no hot water, it appeared my heater was not working. I checked the circuit breaker and all was good. I emailed Mike on a Sunday and he responded by email the same day. He suggested I try the "red" re-set button and told me where to find it. That was the problem! I'm so thankful he suggested this and was the consummate professional to not install a new heater when it was an easily solved problem.
