When I first called Harris Roofing they were very friendly. I was not sure if I had hail damage or not. They walked me through all the steps from start to finish and helped me with my claim. They met the Insurance Adjuster at my property on more than one occasion. As soon as my claim was approved, a dumpster was delivered the next day. Unfortunately it rained that day, but Harris Roofing always called me and kept me up to speed. Once they began to work, they worked at my house everyday until all the work was completed. The office staff worked with my mortgage company to provide all the needed documents, and they worked with the Insurance Company to make sure I received all that I was entitled too. The workers were great, and very careful to not leave things behind and to cover all my furniture on my deck. I am very pleased with Harris Roofing and my house looks wonderful!

I have an older home and I was very nervous because the roof had not been replaced in so many years and I had no idea what I need done. Mr. Harris came out and explained in detail exactly what they would need to do start to finish once the old roof was tore off and they could install the new roof system. Mr. Harris explained that some of the repairs included replacement of boards, gutters, vents, soffit/fascia repair that was rotted and missing from past storms. Mr. Harris was patient and came out 3 times to make sure I understood the process and was comfortable with the price and asked if I had questions. Harris Roofing was there everyday till the job was done and my yard looked just as good when they left as when they started. All the debris and mess went into a dumpster that was in my driveway and so they had all the trash and old shingles contained and I never had to worry about my yard looking messy. All I can say now is my roof is beautiful and the extra work and detail has already paid off. The GAF 3-tab looks fantastic! I am extremely happy.

The work was dragged out for over six months. It was maybe two to four weeks worth of work in my estimation. I caused an initial delay being indecisive about some details. But after four months I was getting very stressed. I feel it ruined most of my summer worrying about it. I had no gutters on my house for five months as they were cut down first thing, and I wanted my house painted before the soffit went up. Six months was just absurd in my opinion. Don't ever neglect to put in a completion date in a contract. But I suppose most people know better. I didn't at the time. This contractor took full advantage of the fact. The whole job was managed poorly... as was the crew... I had to constantly remind and hound about details or the job wouldn't have even had the C grade I gave it.

WHEN IT CAME TIME TO TRIM, HE TRIED TO USE STUFF OUT OF HIS GARAGE. POOR MANAGEMENT OF CREW.
