+ -1 moreI hired Sam to do some basic remodeling in my kitchen. As often times happens, we discovered one problem after another. All the while Sam found solutions. Sam did ALL of the demolition for me. At times I brought in licensed contractors (electrician, plumber and a team of tile guys (so I could get a large area installed in a weekend), and he worked along side the other teams that I hired. Sam did all the painting also.
