 + -1 moreThis young man is the epitome of customer service. I have been to the store looking for other things, and he always cheerfully takes the time and makes the greatest effort to solve your problem - no matter how small it is!
Description of Work: I had just bought a wicker chest that I really liked, and discovered one of the hinges was broken. I didn't want to take it back to the store, since it had been the last one and there were no others available. I decided to see if Hamline Hardware could fix it or offer a solution. The young man there took a look at it, found a metal pin to insert in the broken hinge - and voil , problem solved for nine cents! The hinge works perfectly.

sharpening
 + -1 moreI dropped off a pair of sewing scissors and they were ready 3 days later. This was part of an experiment to see who sharpened scissors better, as I dropped off another pair at another store. The Hamline Hardware scissors were sharper, cost half as much, and were ready earlier.
Description of Work: Sharpened a pair of sewing scissors.
