Description of Work: The garage door opener was adjusted and secured more properly to the beam. The door springs were adjusted as well. He educated us about minor maintenance that we can perform in the future.

Description of Work: OUR 1924 HOUSE HAD A VERY UGLY YELLOW FIBERGLASS GARAGE DOOR LEFTOVER FROM THE 60S. THE OWNER CAME OUT, MEASURED EVERYTHING, AND WROTE AN ESTIMATE ON THE SPOT. I TOLD HIM WE WERE SURE TO NEED A NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER, WHICH MEANS I WAS ALL READY TO PAY FOR ONE - BUT HE SAID NO, THE ONE WE HAVE IS FINE. SO HONEST! PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE WITH OTHERS IN THE AREA ... WE HAD TO HAVE A CUSTOM 10''X7'' DOOR MADE.
