Description of Work: I was having a problem with my garage door opener. I called Hamline and the owner came out and checked things out....it turned out to be a loose battery connection which he corrected and did not charge me. He came quickly and was very helpful. I would call him again.

Description of Work: Provided estimate to replace double size garage door. He was punctual, knowledgeable and reasonable. His honesty, knowledge and spotting a couple of issues with my garage door that previous repair person had not taken care of, will make me consider for any future repairs. Unfortunately, I did not go with him to replace my garage door because, he didn't carry the model, I was looking for. I'd recommend him anytime though.

Description of Work: Marc returned my call almost immediately and set up an appointment later that morning to look at my garage. I had told him I thought we needed a new garage door. He came out and said he was able to fix the door and a new one was unnecessary. He was honest, fast and our door works perfectly. He saved us the cost of a new door and installation.

Description of Work: 18 foot garage door had been bent by mistimed open/shut onto car and could not open/shut using opener. Mark came, evaluated, estimated and called within a very short amount of time. When I was ready to commence repair it was done quickly and at a price less than the original quote. Great service.

Description of Work: This is the second time Hamline has installed garage doors for us. The first time was for a business issue during a home closing (we are in the mortgage business), they responded within 1 hour to replace and install an new garage door opener, outstanding! The most current job was to install two new garage door openers and external key pads. Job was completed quickly, all operations were reviewed and we are very pleased with the results.

'IF YOU DON'T HEAR FROM ME IN AN HOUR THEN YOUR PROBLEM'S SOLVED,' HE SAID. I CALLED HIM BACK 1.5 HOURS LATER JUST TO CHECK IN AND HE SAID, 'YES, YOUR TRACK IS REPLACED, YOUR GARAGE DOOR IS CLOSED AND THERE'S AN INVOICE ON THE FLOOR OF YOUR GARAGE.' HE WAS RIGHT, EVERYTHING WAS FIXED PERFECTLY AT A REASONABLE RATE. MARK WAS INCREDIBLY PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
