Greg's PC supported and advised me through a lengthy and frustrating attempt to get internet provider service improved. Despite Greg's troubleshooting, obtaining two new modems, a router and installing them, problems persisted. After two months of almost non-existent wifi, and using my cell phone for everything, I changed internet providers. I am so glad Greg was able to work with me. He is also a very nice guy, cost conscious, and honest.
