1. They said it would only take a day. They started the first day, but after I didnt see them for three days, I called when it was storming to ask them where they were and I was concerned about my roof not being covered up with all the rain and no shingles. They told me not to worry about it and they would be back as soon as they finished a larger job that came in. 2. They sold me also on the fact that they would clean up around the house like I would never know they were there. I had to pick up debris left behind and I found nails around the house for months. I was concerned with the nails with having a toddler around, 3. I now have leaks in my ceilings since having the roof replaced, as I had none before. 4. I called them back to look at my roof and where it was leaking, and the person came out and agreed there was a problem and that they would come out and fix it. We scheduled a time for them to come out, they never came. I called and he said that he had a personal thing come up, so he asked to reschedule. We did. They didnt show again, so I tried calling back again. They just kept taking messages with no call back, and then my calls just went to voicemail after that. 5, So, I missed two days of work due to waiting for them to show up twice, became frustrated after multiple calls not being returned, after they agreed that the roof was sub par themselves. There was not one pleasant experience with this company !
