Description of Work: MOWED VERY SMALL MANICURED LAWN. WHEN HE TOOK IT OVER THE CONDITION OF THE LAWN DETERIORATED. HE DID NOT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS AND AT ONE POINT WENT 18 DAYS IN BETWEEN MOWINGS.
