Not sure of final result yet. So far so good.

I spent $1,560.00 on the south side of my house. Original treatment in May 2016. Second treatment spring of 2017. John told me when he did the first treatment, that it could take three treatments. The basement is still wet and John has refused to answer my calls for the last three years. I have the original work order/estimate that John quoted me dated 4/27/16 and it is marked lifetime warranty. My question is, what resource do I have? The next step is to check with my lawyer!

So far, so good..... still waiting for another huge storm to really test it, but they will return and fix it if it didn't work in two very difficult spots. Their care of my yard during the instillation was awesome.

John was very friendly and answered all my questions. was told what work would be done and the pricing. free estimate. Came out to do the work when he said they would be out. Work done on time and efficiently. Cleaned up after they were done. Recommended Great Lakes to my neighbor who has water in basement.

On time, under estimate. Finished work and cleand up. Has not rained yet, will see if it solved basement leaking then. Has a warantee.

John was very flexible with my schedule and came out to give an estimate the same day I called. Very professional and efficient, and a much better deal than drain tile!!!

the experience was good.John did a good job and I think this problem is a done deal I have to wate till next spring (spring melt with rain and ice to make sure things are fine but my basement is dry now and thats great sence I have a finished basement. If you need this kind of problem fixed I know John will stick with you till you are happy . serviced in st.paul .get it done and over with. this is alot better then haveing your whole property dug up. TRY THIS FIRST!!!!

Straight forward; gave us a range of options but recommended one which was a good & economical solution. Our basement stayed dry even through the last big downpour of rain. We're very pleased.
