Description of Work: I had booked them for 3:30, they finally arrived at 4:30. They did call to say they would be late, but I had already taken off work early so they could start at 3:30. Then they got here and charged me for extra vents, then didn't even clean them all. Plus they said they needed to tape over an extra air return on the furnace, but when I went down there, they had used one of the floor tiles I had in the basement for a future project. I had just enough tiles, but since they though it was OK to help themselves to my construction materials, now I have to purchase another whole box of tiles. That is appauling. Overall-terrible job, would never recommend these guys.

carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreHad an appointment for 2p.m., called at 2p.m., saying they were running late, would be there at 2:30. They showed up after 3:00p.m. THought I had already paid for this service through the coupon, but then the extra charges were added. 64$ FOR "PROFEESIONAL" solution to be applied on the carpet. $10 fuel charge. The standard rate of $25 per room..they did 4 rooms; somehow turned into $180. They cleaned the carpets, after being over an hour late; the carpets look good but will not have a good feel for the job done until they dry and we live on them for a couple of days.
Description of Work: Steam cleaning of carpets of 4 rooms. I had bought a coupon from the internet, there were extra costs for cleaning solution (30 cents a sq/ft), a fuel charge, and taxes they say that were not paid for in the cost of the coupon.
