GOT IT MAID

They were okay but they did not follow up with me. I thought that we will do a monthly cleaning and then they never showed up. I have to contact them three times for the second cleaning but they never came, never called me and never emailed me...nothing. I have a small house and I thought for their price they would have done a more detailed cleaning but they did not.

They responded to my inquiry very quickly. They answered all my questions thoroughly. One thing I really liked is that they don’t bug me. They check in but they don’t hound me and I appreciate it.

They were efficient, careful and timely. They followed owners request for use certain products on the wood floors.

They do a nice job each time and clean my house on a monthly basis.

They did an excellent job and I will have them back for future cleanings. I was really impressed with the fact that they cleaned the floors on their hands and knees.

Generally, they have been very reliable. Sometimes they overlook one thing or another, but I have been pleased with their work and would recommend them to others.

They were great and they came in an immediately started to work. The house really looks good and they did some really nice work in kitchen,like cleaning up appliances and countertops. They cleaned the wet floors too and the stair way. It really looks good and they were professional. They were efficient and they gave me an estimate right away. They were reasonable price and they worked nonstop. We got three people working for forty seven hours for that kind of work they were reasonable. They communicate through computer and it was very efficient to communicate through commuter. They came when I needed them to work and it was easy to schedule them to do the work. I will use them in future.

It went well, I am going to keep using them on a once every two weeks schedule provided they don't miss anything from now on.

Our experience with them has been really good. They are quick and friendly, provide personal service and do a good job. The price is reasonable - it is not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

I am impressed. They are professional, friendly, and thorough and have taken extra steps when necessary. I also like that I can communicate with Stephanie by email. I hope to have them around for a very long time.

I was not very happy with their service. I don't thing they did a very thorough cleaning job. There were two people and one person knocked over a juicer and part of it broke. They did try to order the part and it was not the right part. They were not responsive. I emailed them once and told them that email wasn't the best way to reach me and they persistently responded to emails.

We love her. She is so friendly and accommodating. She gives me a hug every time she leaves and my animals adore her. She goes the extra mile and she is the greatest. I couldn't ask for more. She talks to my birds. I wouldn't use anyone else. She comes every other week. She is very flexible and extremely pleasant. She is a wonderful woman. I loved her the minute I saw her at the door. I can't tell you how much I love her. She is almost like a family member. I would pay her more if I could. She is just great and I will use her as long as I can. She is the best. I can?t say enough about her. It is she, her mother-in-law and her sister-in-law. They are very professional and they get the work done efficiently.

I was very satisfied with the cleaning when it was completed. It did not completely make up for the inconvenience of the missed appointment.

Stephanie and her crew are always cheerful and do a great job. They're responsive to my requests and they have never canceled. I had hesitations about hiring a cleaning crew as opposed to an individual because, with other services I've tried, different people have come each week and the work was often not well done. This is not a concern with Got It Maid. The same crew comes each week and they don't miss much. I'm very happy with their service.

GREAT! On time, and wiping as they came in talking (crew of 2 women). Got right to business, checked a few things out with me, like what was OK to move and pile up, etc. Very energetic! Got behind and around stacks of books, wine bottles, accumulations on top of microwave and so on! Very speedy! 2 hours and even windowsills and baseboards are done. :)

Excellent service and results. By far, the best experience we have had with a cleaning service. Our house is immaculate after they come. I do very little cleaning in between their service, and the house stays pretty clean. We had a tough time getting things set up initially (slow to call back), but persisted due to good rating on Angie's List. Glad we did!

She never showed up or called to cancel. I left her a vm, and she never returned my call. I wouldn't hire her even if she paid me for it.

Jodie has been cleaning for me for 4-5 months now and I am very satisfied. I am a single guy and cleaning is not my forte. In a greater compliment, my mother was almost moved to tears. She lets herself in, deals with my cat with good humor, and leaves the house looking organized and spotless. There was even one week when i had been traveling and stressed at work. I had not done my usual "tidy up" before she came and the house was a disaster. She rolled with the punches (and charged me a little extra), but it was such a wonderful experience. Thanks Jodie!

Jodie and her assistant (sorry, forgot her name)came, along with Jodie's goddaughter. They ran about 20 minutes late, but got here and dug right in. Being a few minutes late was no problem for me. We have birds and a dog and my concern really was for my birds. They worked with me as I moved their cages (on wheels) so birds were not frightened. Everyone was conscientious and considerate of our animals. They even scrubbed down a couple of walls since they needed it! Jodie is pleasant, professional and easy to work with. She'll be back in one month to help me out again. She took the initiative to suggest she had some products that would help with some harder-to-clean areas. What an asset! I'd highly recommend Got It Maid to anyone who needs it.

I am very pleased with Got It Maid's professionalism and quality of work. I had previously used another cleaning service and was always having to call to confirm that they were coming and rescheduling when they could not come on the specified day. Several household items were broken and quality of work was very poor. With Got It Maid, I simply explained what my needs where and they now manage the cleaning. I'm very pleased with their thoroughness and speed and now have time to work on other household projects besides cleaning! I know when I come home at the end of the day and they have been here that I will have a spotless house.

I am very pleased. I called Jody, and I needed someone to help with a one-time clean in my new house, especially wiping down dust in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The house had all of the hardwood floors re-done, and the upstairs had been completely re-worked, so there was LOTS of dust around. Jody came with another person on time, and they quickly went to work scrubbing things down. Two hours later, I had the biggest chore out of the way, and I was able to get started with some moving. They were very prompt and professional, and they did a thorough job.

DUE TO WORK COMMITMENTS WE HAD GOTTEN BEHIND IN HOUSE CLEANING AND NEEDED SOMEONE TO COME IN AND DO A THOROUGH CLEANING FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. JODIE DID JUST THAT, FROM THE DUST OFF THE TOP OF DOOR FRAMES TO THE CRUD ON THE BOTTOM OF OUR REFRIGERATOR. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB, AND WERE DELIGHTED WITH THE SERVICE. JODIE CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO MAKE CERTAIN THAT WE WERE HAPPY WITH HER WORK. WE ARE, AND WILL LIKELY USE HER AGAIN.

JODI RECENTLY CUT BACK ON HOUSES WITH HARDWOOD FLOORS FOR MEDICAL REASONS, SO WE ARE SEARCHING FOR ANOTHER CLEANER. THIS DISAPPOINTED ME PARTICULARLY BECAUSE JODI IS EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE AND THOROUGH. SHE'S ALSO FAST! WITH ONE OTHER PERSON SHE CONSISTENTLY CLEANED OUR HOUSE IN LESS THAN 3 HOURS FOR THE PAST 2.5 YEARS. THE ONLY THING THAT I EVER HAD TO CALL HER ABOUT WAS REMEMBERING TO MAKE SURE THE PERSON CLEANING THE BATH FLUSHED THE TOILETS SO THERE WOULDN'T BE ANY CLEANING SOLUTION. CRITICAL WHEN YOU HAVE TWO SMALL CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OLD. THE HARDWOOD FLOORS, ALWAYS OUR BIGGEST CONCERN, WERE ALWAYS IMMACULATE. JODI CLEANED THEM ON HER HANDS AND KNEES EACH TIME.

MY CALLS WERE NOT RETURNED. I WAS FRUSTRATED, BECAUSE THIS COMPANY SEEMED TO HAVE RECEIVED GOOD REVIEWS FROM OTHER ANGIE'S LIST MEMBERS.
