+ -1 moreI have had my share of contractors and workers here over the years. I know miscommunication happens but what you remember is how you were treated. All I wanted was what we agreed would be done. When it wasn’t and zac was confronted he offered nothing to fix the situation or make it better or even apologize. When you send someone to do an agreed upon job and the equipment doesn’t work you need to own that. But he proceeds to tell me we are off his list and for me to just go find someone else. Customer care is lacking here I do not recommend this company.

+ -1 moreI emailed Lucas in response to a craigslist ad regarding lawn aeration. His price listed was only slightly higher than renting the machine myself from the local hardware store. He responded promptly and set up a time over the weekend to come and do the work. I was not at home when he came by, so I did not get a chance to meet him, but the lawn was aerated and an invoice was in my mailbox when I returned. Very prompt service and a great value, recommended.

+ -1 moresee above-I CAN'T REPEAT THIS AGAIN!
Description of Work: I have had them aerate the yard for 5 years. This year they left the gate open and the dogs got out. I called and left a message about how important it was to take a minute and fix the gate. This had happened in prior years before and so this time I said something. They also offered lawn mowing and I called the same day they were here and asked them to cut the grass. That was 2 weeks ago and I have never received a call telling me what the plan was to cut the grass. Tonight, I left a message asking whether they were planning on coming or not. I just got a call from Zack Goring, who informed me that I can call and ask about the grass but I am not to talk down to him like he was a child. He than informed how much money he had in the bank supporting his business and he would come tomorrow if I wanted or take my business elsewhere. I was shocked! I said, "WOW" He said, "WOW!" I 'll tell you wow and went on again to tell me how much money he had invested in the business. I hung up! He demonstrated very poor quality customer service and a total lack of professionalism. I have never had an individual I have hired for a service treat me this way.

+ -1 moreThey came right out and I was surprised with that. The guy ran over some of my gutters with his lawn mower. I did not care much for that but he reduced $20 for that. I know they were in a hurry to finish the job. I was actually quite pleased with the price they charged, until they left damaged gutter downspouts.
Description of Work: I used Goring Lawn Care to do a power rake for me. I know they set the power rake too high.

+ 0 moreGoring does a wonderful job. I am very impressed with their attention to detail for a VERY reasonable price. After seeing how well they have done, our neighbors are interested in hiring them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: For the past 4 years we have used Goring for our Lawn Fertilization & Treatment. Last summer (2010) we also used them to mow our lawn weekly.

+ -1 moreGood. I called in late April, left a message, they left a message for me saying they could do the work in two days. I got home that day and the raking was done. Good job, but clear they used large equipment as dips in the lawn were not raked nor were narrow passages. Left invoice in the door.
Description of Work: Power raked an 11000 sq. ft. lot. Hauled away all grass.

+ -1 moreSent our reminder notice, and promptly returned my phone call to schedule a time. Suggested I mark the irrigation system with plastic white forks so there was no need to buy flags. The work performed when promised. They did a very thorough job. No damage was done to the irrigation system. They cost was less than half of the cost for an estimate of some others.
Description of Work: Aeration of 16000 square feet of a residential lot where sprinkle heads were marked by me.
