1st they helped me pick out an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I wanted something specific for my girlfriend and they worked hard to help me get what I wanted at the price that I could afford. When something I wanted wasn't easily possible and/or in my price range, they worked with me to put the best engagement ring on her finger. It turned out absolutely beautiful and got it the day I requested it even though they had to rush a little the last day. When I went back in with my girlfriend, since the ring was a little too big, they sized the ring perfectly while we waited. Took very little time and looked great. We also went back for my ring since we loved it so much there. After finding one we liked there, we went to almost 10 other jewelers in the twin cities area to be sure there wasn't something else we wanted more. None had customer service like Gerbers, the affordable price tags, or anything even similar to the ring we found at Gerbers. We ended up going back to Gerbers that same day to get the ring we saw that morning. The ring we picked out was one that was made by the owner. It was a little dull so they did a rhodium dip and sizing free of charge. They are owned by an adorable family and we felt so welcomed every time we went into the store! Will definitely be getting wedding bands and future jewelry from here! Definitely recommend them!

I love this jewelry store! The owners are so friendly and the jewelry is magnificent. I absolutely LOVE my ring! While it took a little more time than I wanted to get it sized and the diamond set it was worth the wait!!! I would without doubt recommend this store to anyone looking for a jeweler who is willing to work with you to create a look that is perfect for YOU.

THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH IN FINDING THE PROPER SIZE FOR ME AND IN EXPLAINING THAT EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A LARGE CHANGE OF SIZE, THE RING BAND WOULD NOT BE ANY THICKER.
