The overall process was Horrific. Our representative were punctual, polite and very professional. We submitted several offers on the house, had them accepted tentatively and were required to sign documents that contradicted previously agreed upon documents. When it came time to make good on our inspection details George was not cooperative within reasonable levels and forced us and our representatives to handle contacting contractors in able to have inspection, well, etc done. Since we did not own the home we are not allowed to contract work on the property and since George was not proactive and hardly responsive the situation has gone very slowly and is making our closing less possible. We have come within two days of missing our inspection deadlines and therefore not having the fully allowed time to have testing and processing done on the water quality of the well - simply because George was not responsible and professional about calling a plow, or contractors to de-winterize the home. Our purchase has not yet gone though and may not, in part to the fact that our deadlines are approaching within two days and we are not being provided access to the home - even though this has been doing on for weeks now. We are currently waiting in hopes that George is able to get the home de-winterized for testing over the weekend. please note that at this time we have not paid for any services! we are still trying to purchase the house, so I am not able to claim if he provided the services required by contract or money, as not money has been given to him yet. Payment is due after work is performed.
Description of Work: Realtor, George Farkas, was representing a bank in the selling of a home. Although we did not get the opportunity to speak with George we were copied in many of the communications via email. George was the selling Realtor and is the intermediate and negotiator on behalf of the owners. George is in charge of paperwork, contacting contractors for inspection necessities, providing information on the home and assisting in details regarding the closing.
