I would highly recommend this company. I've used this them 4 or 5 times in the last couple of years and I've always been impressed with the technician's competency, the short turnaround on repairs and the costs which were much lower that what I had expected.

General Nano is wonderful! If you have any PC problem, just bring your box and walk right in. The technical wizards are swarming about and will take care of you in a jiffy. I've had them build my last two or three computers and have been more than satisfied every time. This last one was a problem, because I had a heater plugged into the same circuit and it was frying the motherboard. They replaced the original twice (at no charge) and worked with me to figure out the problem, no issues since. They're very fast, usually they can fix the problem right then and there, on a walk-in basis. If not, and the parts are in stock (which they usually are), you can expect to pick up your machine the next day. Prices are incredibly reasonable and the tech staff is wonderful. Those with little to no computer savvy need not worry, they won't make you feel silly. Very helpful and knowledgeable group!

TECHNICIAN AMINE WAS SUPER. HE CALLED ME SEVERAL TIMES TO VERIFY WHAT I WANTED AND WHEN I GOT THE PC BACK IT WORKED JUST AS BEFORE WITH NO NEED TO INSTALL EVERYTHING OVER AGAIN. THE PEOPLE IN THE REPAIR DEPARTMENT WERE ALL VERY RESPONSIVE ON THE PHONE AND HELPFUL. I WILL TAKE MY PC THERE FOR REPAIRS OR UPGRADE FROM NOW ON!

VERY GOOD. GNS HAS A GOOD STOCK OF EQUIPMENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. THEY OFFER A GOOD TECH ASSISTANCE SERVICE AND WILL RESEARCH PROBLEMS AT NO CHARGE. A VERY TECHY BUNCH, SO YOU NEED TO LET THEM KNOW YOUR OWN LEVEL OF COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE.

THEY DIAGNOSED MY FAILED HARD DRIVE AND REPLACED IT THE SAME DAY. THE TECH HELPED ME SUCCESSFULLY RETRIEVE MY DATA OFF THE OLD DRIVE AND RECOMMENDED A NEW FAULT TOLERANT DRIVE CONFIGURATION. FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, TRUSTWORTHY AND QUICK SERVICE. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THESE GUYS AGAIN.

THE WORK WAS DONE WITHIN FOUR HOURS. THE PRICE WAS THE LOWEST OF THREE COMPANIES. THERE HAVE BEEN NO PROBLEMS WITH MY COMPUTER SINCE.

I HAD THE PROBLEM DIAGNOSED BY ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY SAID IT WAS THE MOTHERBOARD. WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF TAKING IT IN, HE HAD DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AS A BURNED UP MODEM CARD, REPLACED IT, AND EVERYTHING WORKED FINE.

THIS IS A GREAT PLACE IF YOU ARE A DO IT YOURSELF TYPE PERSON. THEY DO SALES AS WELL AS REPAIR WORK.
