Description of Work: Re-set system after virus crash. I need the system for business. Timely response to my plea for help. Pleasant, professional manner. Had an unrelated issue a few days later, consulting on how to do some things, and he came by the same day. That's responsive service.

Working independently allows him to tailor times and service to his customers. He always follows up, is committed to excellence, and is quite accommodating in checking back to make sure things work. His guarantee for services is better than anything else that I could find. I strongly recommend him to anyone with a personal-private computer problem. Genna also brings a strong sense of ethics to his work.
Description of Work: Complete analysis, software corrections, rebuilding of hard drive. As final solution, a complete custom computer was built to replace the Dell PC which was not functioning correctly. All parts were new except CD drive and floppy drive. All installed excellently, new protection installed. Excellent guarantees were offered.
