+ -1 moreAfter the catastrophic 2012-13 winter, many homes experienced ice dam issues and ours was one of the lot. Water had leaked down the bedroom wall, damaging the bedroom ceiling and siezing up the sliding glass door. Our insurance covered the repairs and I'd used Fred's company before for similar upgrades to the home. Fred's workmanship is unsurpassed. He did a flawless job of repairing the wall and ceiling, including perfectly matching the 1970's spackle texture. ;-)
Description of Work: Replaced damaged patio door and repaired the interior walls and ceiling in bedroom.

+ -1 moreHe is an incredible worker, extremely honest and reliable. We love him. When we first met with him we warned him that we had some difficulties with some other contractors. We told him we sued two other contractors. We hired him to take place of those other contractors. He told us one thing we can be sure of is that he would be right there until we were satisfied with the work. Basically we are. We went on vacation and gave him a key to the house. That is how much we trust him.
Description of Work: Our water heater sprung a leak and flooded our basement. The abatement people came out and ripped out the wooden trim and door jams because they were soaked. We had him back out to install new ones. He also did some other trim work that had not been completed previously as we were not completed with it.
