Fish Window Cleaning

The windows looked great afterwards, and the cleaner worked quickly and efficiently. My only complaints were dirty drips of water left on windowsills or the floor (not on every window, but on several) and two screens that weren't properly reattached. One of those required my taking a stool outside to fix it.

Our experience with them was good. They did a fine job. They showed up on time and cleaned the windows.

The estimate was easy and straightforward. The 2 man crew was friendly, work around me and my busy grandchildren. They even added an interior french door, with many fingerprints, that I forgot to include when they did the estimate. They did a great job, everything shone.

They did an excellent job! I've been using them for three years.

Fish Window Cleaning arrived on time and were very professional. After talking to them about the job, I was disappointed to learn that a full window cleaning did not include vacuuming the window sills. Rather, they said they would "wipe out" the sills with a rag. After the work was completed (unsatisfactory) I contacted both the cleaning company as well as Fish Windows to discuss my concerns. Fish offered to have the crew return to see if they could clean the windows to my satisfaction. I agreed, but was then disappointed when the crew returned and spent 15 minutes "cleaning" the screens and sills with a dry rag and a brush. Again, I contacted both companies and expressed my disappointment. Unfortunately, Fish explained that cleaning the screens (more than a simple wipe down) and removing dirt from the window sills and jams was not part of their services. I don't understand why anyone would want their want their window panes clean, but have the rest of the window still dirty.
