+ -1 moreBob spent a lot of time helping me work out what was possible (building code-wise) and sensible (cost-wise). He met with the person who drafted the plans, then consulted with the drafter on requirements and changes. Construction took a while, but it was a big project and I wasn't in a hurry so that was not a problem. Bob's instinct is to build sturdy and he certainly succeeded. But it looks good too. We're very happy with the end result.
Description of Work: Removed old deck and installed new one. Deck attaches to house on two sides at height of about 8 feet. Deck is more than 30 feet long and from 12 to 14 feet wide, with glass panels in center of one side and wood rails with metal balusters. Staircase down to ground level.

+ -1 moreHe did an excellent job for me. He is a wonderful person and the kitchen looks great. He designed and installed my countertop, put in a backsplash and installed my linoleum flooring which was top of the line. Another company quoted me twice the money that he charged and I highly recommend him to anyone.

+ -1 moreHE IS VERY REASONABLE, VERY PLEASANT AND YOU COULD LEAVE THE HOUSE WITH OUT WORRYING. HE DOES MOST OF THE WORK HIMSELF AND HAS A GREAT PERSONALITY. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERSATILE.
Description of Work: HE DID SOME REMODELING IN MY KITCHEN INCLUDING FLOORING AND COUNTERTOPS. HE ALSO PUT MOLDING, BACK SPLASH, RANGE HOOD AND SINKS. HE DOES ADDITIONS, DECKS, KITCHENS AND BATHS.
