He came out within a couple days to look at the job, and then came out the follow week to take out the old exterior picture window glass. He ordered the correct glass and put in my wood frame and returned to put the window in. I'm super happy with the work done. Jim was responsive and professional. I would recommend FG Glass to anyone looking for glass work in the metro area. Thank you, Jim!

Uncertain weather conditions and other circumstances including a hail storm caused this project to be delayed several times but Jim handled everything in stride even though it played havoc with his scheduling. He was always courteous and understanding and when the job was finished except for the new glass you couldn’t’ tell he had been there. Highly recommended and have and will recommend Jim to my friends and neighbors.
