This is the response I got from Josh when I told him I wasn't going with EZ Home Solutions - "All ya had to do was send me an email or make a phone call that said you were signing with an inferior company and a less quality product and I could have stopped calling you , good luck sir with the 15k bid" I called more than a dozen contractors throughout this process and never had to deal with someone like this. Rudest sales person ever. Will never call them for anything again.

They did an excellent job. The roof was completed as promised and looks great. Our ceiling has never looked this good since we purchased the house. EZ Home Solutions made the process easy for us. Our home had suffered damage in a massive hail storm along with thousands of homes in our area. EZ Home solutions dealt with our insurance company and even dealt with our mortgage company (which is not easy even for simple things). I appreciated that they communicated with us frequently as to where we were in the process with insurance, and in the queue having a crew out to our home. I would use them again.

They gave us a date that they would arrive and they didn't show up. When we called, they said the windows were late coming in and so they couldn't start. They never called to inform us of that, just didn't show. They eventually started 2 weeks late. The whole job was supposed to be finished in 2 1/2 weeks. They were to start July 7th. They finally finished (poorly, but finished) the job in November. It was a nightmare. They didn't clean up our property like they said they would. The painting done on the interior of the house was terribly done. They left a piece of trim off of the outside. They just threw our siding around and it sat all summer and fall, so they had to buy more at our expense. They wouldn't answer when we called. They would say they were coming and then not show up over and over. It was a mess.

EZ Home replaced my roof a few years back. I started noticing water issues about a year after the job was completed. It took about a month for them to respond to my calls and when they did they were very unprofessional. They came out to inspect and said they forgot to put step flashing in where my porch meets the house. They went up and installed the flashing where it should have been. More time passes and I continue to have water issues, they would tell me they're coming out to inspect but not show up to appointments. When they did come out they were aggressive and confrontational, blaming me for issues. I ended up using someone else for repairs. I would not have them work on my home.

EZ Home Solutions kept me informed during the entire insurance process, which I had never dealt with before. The project started in a timely manner, and I was pleased with the finished product.

We were called before the materials arrived. We were also called before the crew started. The crew leader knocked on our door and let us know they were going to start. The roofing project was completed in one day, and my flower garden survived. The siding was replaced in two days and gutters were completed in about 3 hours. This was a claim though our insurance company and the hole process took about 6 weeks. We would recommend EZ Home Solutions for any of your remodeling projects. Nicky

I had never made an insurance claim before and was unsure of what to expect. EZ Home Solutions met with my insurance company and made me feel confident that the work would be completed right the first time. They also pointed out a few items that the adjuster missed and got him to correct on the scope of loss. When all was said and done, my home was restored to better than pre-storm condition.

High pressure sales. Went door to door after hail storm. Had dispariging comments about competitors and their products. Some of the trim work was substandard. The Trim around vents, water outlets, etc. keep coming off. Charged for items not completed (like Garage door, painting porch rail, replacing locksets) they backed off charges once I addressed it with them. I will go for a local contractor next time

The installation quality of the siding J-channels and facia corners I was not too impressed with. Roof installation was fine, but the roof vent covers were not installed with what I was sold.

We had some wind damage that broke a piece of siding off of our shed and house. We had used EZ Home Solutions in the past and was very happy. I called them again, and was very happy with the continued quality of service. They knew I was a returned customer and was very prompt with their service and quality.

A hail storm had hit our area and damaged our roof. We were approached by many companies to do the repairs. We looked into and researched all the companies. . We decided to go with EZ Home Solutions because they are the most professional, they are locally owned, and they have a great rating. My husband and I were very pleased with our choice. The representative from the company was very polite and fully explained to us how the whole restoration process works. He continually checked in with us and oversaw the entire project. They replaced our entire roof, gutters, and windows that were damaged. Our roof looks new and beautiful. We could not be happier. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs exterior replacement or repairs.

EZ Home Solutions educated me to the process of dealing with storm damage and insurance adjusters. They noted that unless you do construction, you probably can't make sure that you are getting a fair shake from the insurance company. The best approach is for the insurance company adjuster and the contractor to look at the damage together and arrive at a solution. While I feel confident that EZ Home Solutions would have done a good job on our roof and siding, we ultimately selected a contractor who was already on Angie's List and had high ratings. I suspect that once EZ Home Solutions is in business for a few more years, they will build up a solid reputation on the list also.
