 + -1 moreWORKED WITH THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE. I TOLD JOHN ON THE PHONE THAT I HAD A THREE STORY HOUSE AND HE SAID THE EXTERMINATOR WOULD COME WITH THE CORRECT EQUIPMENT. THE 1ST SERVICE PERSON WAS PROMPT, BUT COULDN''T PERFORM THE WORK BECAUSE HE DIDN''T HAVE THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT (POWER SPRAYER), SO IT HAD TO BE RESCHEDULED AND WASTED MY TIME OFF WORK FOR THE FIRST VISIT. THEY DID QUICKLY RESCHEDULE AROUND MY SCHEDULE AND THE 2ND SERVICE PERSON ARRIVED ON TIME AND PERFORMED THE WORK. I WAS DOUBTFUL WATCHING THEM, BUT I HAVEN''T HAD ANY BUG PROBLEMS AFTERWARDS. SEEMED A LITTLE HIGH, BUT THE FOLLOW UP PGM COSTS ($75) SEEM VERY REASONABLE.
